My first visit to Miguel's Jr. did not disappoint! Delicious food and service! This lovely young lady BELLA assisted me and recommended the garbage burrito for my picky taste buds! Never before have I had a burrito with such explosive flavors! WOW! I was recommended a Mexican classic.... HORCHATA! WOW! Lemme tell you.... IT'S AMAZING! I was there earlier today and grabbed a breakfast burrito right before heading to work and it was one of the best burritos I have ever had. The service at Miguel's jr was very refreshing from the moment I walked in. Denis was so kind as to help me select a sunrise burrito and assured me that my allergy concerns would be taken seriously. I will definitely be coming back.

I've been in line behind 1 single car waiting for food for 25 mins. No one knows what's going on. No one at the window. This is ridiculous...25 mins!

I came into this location ordered a burrito box. My order went through at 7:45 PM. I didn't receive the order until 8:05 p. I had requested to have the burrito grilled. I took it back to the counter and handed to a man in a blue shirt who I assumed was the manage. he later brought it back to me burned. at no time did he, the manager say I'm sorry I'll get this out to you, etc. he just snatched the burrito and then gave it back to me after they burned it. Horrible service, I had received better service from the young man who took the order, his name was Omar. The manager really needs to work on his customer service skills. Also, the bathroom was a disaster and needs to be cleaned on a regular basis.
Congratulations to the Tustin location. For a quick bite at a fast food restaurant you did a wonderful job. Loved how quickly our table was sterilized, the presentation/ decore was pleasing, everything was very clean, and everyone was very professional and courteous - so lovely. Our food was hot, well prepared and delicious- for a fast food meal. My Chile Relleno was yummy and my family’s tacos were spot on. Good job!This is my first time here. And every ethnicity was enjoying their home style Mexican food. How sweet is that for a quick meal after the gym!

I love the food here! I especially love the bean and cheese burrito! I don't eat meat so this is my choice and they have the best beans best bean and cheese burrito to me! I live in Yorba Linda, and I drive out here just to get the bean and cheese burrito and your salsa. The salsa to me is so good I even buy it. But today I was out there and I bought my same bean and cheese burrito and asked for extra salsa and I'm sad to find out that the salsa recipe has changed! It tastes like Cholula to me! I am so sad! I would drink your salsa, and you change the recipe it's totally different it's not even the same consistency or color! It has ok flavor, but I loved your other original salsa. Now I don't know if this is a new salsa and the other one is still available, but you have to bring back your salsa. The one I was given today, March 23, 2024, the salsa is not your original, everyday, regular, my favorite salsa.:-( Anyway, if you're in the area, Tustin Marketplace, and you've never tried Miguel Jr's.. come try the food and hopefully they will have the original salsa back!... still love this place! I gave it 4 stars cuz I didn't get my salsa....

Came to this place and ordered a beef taquito plate and a chicken taquito . Unfortunately I got both chicken . But that not the first time seems like every time I come something is wrong . I really am not to complain but they do not take pride in the drive thru .
Been coming here for years and today was complete disappointment when I really looked forward to my cheat meal. I asked for a bean and cheese burrito extra cheese. Tell me why when I picked it up I noticed it felt cold and stiff which is unusual for this place. After a few bites I noticed that the burrito had 90% cheese and barely any beans. Whoever made it has probably thought it was funny because there’s no way any normal person would have thought that was okay. I had to literally take out as much cheese as I could which is still just cold and shredded. The drive through girl also gave me weird vibes but I didn’t think much of it until after I seen what my food looked like. Highly unprofessional people who work here and handle food, they really should be fired. This review was posted 3/7/24 at 1:42 I just picked up my food around 1:30. Adding a photo for context and note there’s no rice it was just a bean and cheese burrito but the ungodly amounts of cold shredded cheese kind of look like rice so I’m posting this to avoid confusion
