They sell flights of tea or lattes which I was really interested in but there wasn't enough seating to order it. Their were actually several open tables but no chairs. It was kind of loud so she didn't catch everything that I was ordering and I had to place a second order. That said, the staff was really nice and the decor was really cute and most importantly the matcha tea, latte and macarons that I ordered were fantastic. This was the middle of the day on a Saturday so I can totally understand it being this busy and I think I'll try to visit again on a day or time where hopefully it's a little less crowded and I can try those flights.

The service and coffee is amazing here! If you spend $10 they give you a tote! Love their coffee and the store inside!

Such a nice and beautiful place to get a coffee with a friend. They have a lovely shop with clothes and accessories, plenty of seating indoors and outdoor. Service is always quick here even on the weekends they do a great job of getting drinks out quickly.

Afternoon tea service with my girlfriends was absolutely adorable at Morning Lavender! We had a great first time here. It's $39/pp and comes with, 4 finger sandwiches, 1 seasonal scone, 3 petite desserts, and a Pot of fine tea (I tried the Strawberry Green Tea - it was delicious) The patio where you sit outside is super cute! The tea sets are beautiful as well and the service was super quick. Would recommend this as a great spot to hang out with your friends or celebrate a birthday!

Experience the vibe that everyone's talking about. Vegan baked goods, breakfast food, amazing caffeine and non-caffeine drinks all made with love. The decor is so cute - it's def made for pictures. Kid friendly. Family friendly. The associates are patient and polite. Love coming here for a work session and connect to WiFi there or swing by for my morning Jo.

The good: I came for their lunar new year event for kids in association with Mommy and Me Vietnamese (Ms. Rachel of Vietnamese people) and was excited to check out this place my friend mentioned years ago. I was surprised if was a cafe because I only knew the name in association with a clothing boutique. The front is the clothing boutique and the back is the cafe with both an indoor and outdoor seating area. The space was beautiful with nice flower backdrops and neon signs that were good for photos. The drinks were aesthetically pleasing. Staff were very prompt about refilling toddler's tea pots wjth their sweet tea juice. There were cute two tiered trays with Asian desserts and egg rolls for the new year. The bad: I signed up for the 1 pm class thinking I signed up for the 11 so I had time to kill. We arrived a few minutes late so my daughter didn't get a red envelope that was part of the tea part setup. The interesting: Sophie (Mrs. Tran) and Jennifer ("Jenni-Pho") were great hosts for the event.

Ask to be put on the waitlist otherwise you might not get a reservation. Definitely worth the beautiful tea service. So fresh, beautiful china, yummy.

With many stars and reviews my expectations where high. For $39 per person the finger sandwiches were tiny and bread soggy . The tea in the pots were just warm. Every time they filled the pot it was the same tea bag which lost its flavor. This place is ridiculously over priced. Disappointed

First time having afternoon tea, and it was even better that it was their joint collaboration with Sandoichi. The location is extremely aesthetic! You first enter the boutique with beautiful clothing, and as you walk into the tea area, you're welcomed with adorable tea ware. Servers are all extremely nice and attentive. This location also allows takeout of any leftovers from their afternoon tea...including the tea! Food... so our menu was different than its standard due to the special collaboration. Starting from the bottom, we had egg sando, chicken katsu sando, strawberry sando, and pineapple sando. By far, my favorite was the katsu sando. Middle tier had scones, which were buttery and were complimented by the clotted cream and jam. Top tier was strawberry creme pan, macaron, and yuzu Panna cotta. By far, the best was Panna Cotta, and the worst was the macaron. For teas, we chose earl grey lavender and strawberry green tea.

Everything was perfect!! My wife loves to go there with the girls and have tea. I would recommend this place for pics and everything. A spot to wind down your rough day. Allen C.
