This is a very busy store but they seem to have a great balance between online and in-person orders and stay calm under the pressure. They keep a good attitude and treat the customers well.
Kim, the manager is incredible. She went above and beyond for us. She’s been with the company for several years and she knows her stuff. Nektar and its customers are so lucky to have her!!
Not very welcoming environment. I don't understand the concept on the registers asking for a tip. Your drinks or food are not brought out to you. The products are made and placed on the counter. I think these establishments fail to understand why people would want to give a tip.
