This is my favorite location . Customer service is 10/10 (Marilyn was so sweet) and the Bundt cakes speak for themselves, so yummy . I placed a large order so the delivery option was fantastic. I wish they accepted tips !

The worker was not very customer service friendly. I went in there with an email for my free bundlette for my birthday and she said the email was not the correct one and said I needed to log in. I attempted but failed. Ended up buying some which is fine but I would have appreciated more effort from the employee or a Happy Birthday would have been nice LOL. Never again!

I was a big fan of their red velvet, so when I got the email about their chocolate-covered strawberry bundtlet, I couldn't wait to try it. I ordered two bundtlets for pickup but unfortunately I didn't check the contents before leaving the store. To my dismay, neither of the bundlets I received were the chocolate-covered strawberry, and both were in terrible condition—squished and deflated. This experience was incredibly disappointing.

I was assisted by Marilyn at this location and she was outstanding!! I’d had difficulties with multiple previous orders and after discussing with her, she completely took charge of my most recent order and did a fantastic job!! Marilyn provided the best customer service I’ve ever received ANYWHERE at ANYTIME!! Give that girl a raise! She deserves it! The cupcakes were absolutely delicious, too!
This is our go-to Nothing Bundt Cakes for grabbing treats for sporting events and large gatherings. They nail it every time. The staff is incredibly friendly. They work with all my special requests and always have the bundtinis ready for me. Love love love this location because I can get my errands done and grab desserts on the way out!

I came here because I was redeeming a coupon I think and I thought I was gonna get one of their original flavors but there was a holiday flavor, Peppermint chocolate chip and decided why not. OMG, I am so happy I decided on it because it is literally one of the best flavors I've had there. They really know how to make good cakes and funny enough, I'm not really a cake person. I don't like icing!!! Haha! And i'm super picky. But wow, this flavor was delicious.
I requested for my cake to be chilled and my cake upon arrival was not chilled it was in fact sitting out. The cashiers excuse was that pick up time was 330 and so they kicked my cake out. I’ve never experienced that in any other nothing Bundt. Also my cake was lop sided and falling supposedly they fixed my cake and in fact they didn’t fix it because the cake fell. I’ve never had any problems previously in any over my orders. Upsetting, unprofessional and lazy! I would not recommend this location! Good thing I bought this box for $1 so I could separate my cake after it was ruined.
