Worst customer service ever from who seems to be the owner!!!! Arrived at 7:45 pm and he said he was already closed!! Told him internet said it closed at 8 pm and he proceed to help us with the worst attitude ever!!! He complained that he has no customers for 3 hrs and now we know why!!! Super rude guy!! Not going back!!

Came here on Wednesday, got a small Oreo ice cream in a cup (1 scoop). Ice cream was good but the place is very unwelcoming. The individual who took my order was a larger heavy set man, who looked upset that he had to work. Seeing that this is a family owned business not sure if he is the owner or related to the owner. But I just felt very unwelcome, I asked questions and he was very short with me not giving me enough information on the ice cream or turning away and then coming back anyways I probably won’t go back, many ice cream stores with better customer service.

Had my first mangonada here today. A little salty, a little spicy, a bit sour, and mango ice cream is sweet. Such a perfect flavours combination!

They have chongos ice-cream! Ice cream is not as sweet as other places. Service is great, prices and portions are super reasonable.

Don’t go here if you want a real Mangonada. The only place that I have gotten one without any Mangoes in it. It’s pretty much a Mango-NADA as in nothing. This was the worst Mangonada I’ve ever had. And on top of that they charge you more for using a credit card. Then they add automatic TIP on top of that so I ended up paying over $11 for a small cup of really bad ice cream. I do not recommend this place at all.

My husband and I have been so honored in having Paleteria Azteca host all our events. We hire them every year for all our events for the past 3 years and they have never disappointed us. They’re always on time, super friendly and very professional. Not to say, Stephanie is incredibly amazing!!! They’re ice cream is delicious ? We always get our favorite flavors..strawberry, pistachio, Oreo, Cookie Monster and coconut. We always run out at every event and all our guests are never disappointed. Definitely recommend them!! Thank you guys for everything!!!
You CANNOT go wrong with a few paletas from Paleteria Azteca. My favorite is still the fresa con crema (strawberries & cream) paleta. All the flavours are delicious.

This WAS a place we enjoyed visiting frequently ever since you opened. The sarcasm and eye rolling was not appreciated and we will NEVER visit you again.
