Was craving a pizza and saw an email promotion from Papa John’s pizza, so I ordered one through the Papa John’s app. I selected a Large, Epic Stuffed Crust pizza with extra pizza sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, Roma tomatoes, black olives, onions and banana peppers. The pizza did not disappoint. The toppings were generous and evenly distributed. The pizza looked fresh and the temperature was hot upon opening the pizza box. I didn’t opt for the extra garlic Parmesan flavor on the crust. I would recommend ordering a side of pizza sauce to eat with the stuffed crust, or ranch or garlic sauce. I think extra sauce would have made my experience more enjoyable, dipping the crust into the sauce. The crust itself was extremely fresh and fluffy. The employees were pleasant and friendly and greeted me when I walked into the store. The store is clean inside and very inviting, for a carryout shop. I realize that not all food experiences are equal, but this experience was one that warranted writing a positive review!

Each time I ordered a pizza from here the quality has been consistently bad. 1st time they gave me thin cardboard crust rather than normal crust. 2nd time the pizza was dry AF like it was sitting out and they just reheated it. Also seems like they skimp on the sauce and cheese. Bonus is there's always some homeless sitting outside blocking their entrance. Worst Papa Johns experience and location. 👎

I go here on the regular and Nat the manager is the man. Rain or Shine, Call outs from other employees, Nat is there busting out pizza's. Great food, great prices and Nat with the 5 star service. If anyone deserves a raise there it's Nat.

Delivered orders are constantly wrong or missing items. You have to pay $1.10 for sauce and they forget them every time. You pay for extra cheese and you get this. Ridiculous. If you have to order order pick up and always check before you leave

Pizza order was messed up. Ordered one pizza with stuffed crust and an 8 piece wings and the order total was $59 with the delivery fee and tax. You could eat at a nice steak house for that much money. There is by far no reason someone should be paying nearly $60 for bread cheese marinara with toppings and 8 chicken wings.
