Tucked in the corner of this Plaza, plenty of parking and best of all - happy employees. There is a striking difference between going to a Starbucks and Peets. This location is the perfect example - nothing is a “chore”, they are truly delighted to “serve” you and help. Best of all they do it with a smile. Starbucks for me is a last resort. Peet’s itself has some phenomenal coffee, yet a different customer experience overall.

Waited 20 minutes to get some hot tea. They were like three people behind the counter and nobody would help us. There was like eight people waiting, and people were decided to order online since no one would come to the register to take any orders.

Peet's Tustin location is on point in all and every aspect. The employees are diligent and polite, the service was swift. And the coffee is smooth tasting with some kick!!!!

7:20 am I get here for a coffee. I ordered a black tie iced coffee and a warmed up sandwich and a water for my long 2.5 hour drive to work. the cashier super nice so I wanted to leave a goo $2.50 cent tip. I don't have to but they work so hard. I waited longer than expected but not mad. but the blonde haired young girl making the coffees forgot my water. when I asked her she sighed and you can read all the frustration on her face!!!! like hey I ordered the water up front this wasn't a last minute request. I that I left a tip now. just smile you picked this job !!! not me!!! so with that said her VIBE ruined my morning. don't sigh and then I said thank you she ignored me. will never come back too bad they will always have customers rude or not.

Love this little acquaintance coffee shop hidden in the corner. I ordered espresso with condensed milk (yes it's available here and not at the popular coffee place). So good, so strong. The place is always clean every time I'm here. Staffs were pleasant and helpful as always.

Their web site says pet friendly but when I went there they said my dog had to wait outside.

My favorite coffee spot! Great coffee, love the strength and sweet balance they have. They are always kind, as in they remember my face and my drink. If they made it wrong they'll kindly remake it with no hesitation. They always have seating at all locations and the line is not that long of a wait if it gets extremely busy. They have sweet and savory vegan options as well for food which is great. Go here !

First time here and to be honest I didn't know there was a Peet's coffee in the area. I stopped by because I needed t have breakfast since I was fasting for blood work to be done but anyways that's a different story. I was greeted right away. I did ask for a couple suggestions and let me say they were on point. I decided to get the Havana cappuccino iced and an almond croissant. The iced havana cappuccino without the latte was delicious as I did let them know I didn't want it too sweet. The croissant was nice and fluffy and with the almonds yummyyyy! Location was looking chill and clean. I want to say there's plenty parking as it is in a shopping center.
