This place needs to be closed down!! Their shrimp was spoiled and overcooked! The rice was mushy for all 3 of us.
My wife is also a great cook, and said she used to get chicken breast meat. Now, it's processed meat with fat and gristle! Waaay overpriced! I'm shocked they haven't gone out of business. We were the only ones in there. Now we know why! Horrible!
always delicious and fresh. Great Customer Service
Love the noodles and it's always hard to choose an entrée all are great
While I give this place all 5 Stars, it truly could be better however I really love the food from PEI WEI, I wish there was one closer to me as I live in San Diego. I go to this location on a regular basis when I am traveling between Los Angeles and San Diego. The food is always great. The service is different as it always feels like the location is about to close, and the atmosphere is quite which I do like as I am usually there at the end of a long day and usually trying to let the traffic die down a little before I continue my trip back home. I know that this is not traditional Asian food, but it does taste good, and I usually get a second plate to take home for lunch the following day.
They girl employee dropped the bag on the floor and then picked it up and put my food in it. This really grossed me out.🤢🤮
Maura was fantastic. If you have a chance go see the crew
I was surprised to see the reviews not a little bit higher, but regardless, my wife took me here for my first time since she has been here before and said it was pretty good. I would definitely agree and say it was very good, and they had a large number of options. We ended up ordering the Kung Pai Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Szechuan Green Beans, and more. The Green beans are honestly the best I have had in a very long time. I am not a fan of green beans, but the marinade that is on these, I was easily able to eat the full bowl of green beans before I remembered to grab a picture.
As for the beef and chicken, they each had great flavor and great seasoning as well. The fried rice with each was moist and not too hot or dry. As for the veggies, they are pretty standard and basic, but again, this is a solid option, in my opinion, as a better Panda Express option. Definitely recommend it and have been a few times now since the first visit!
The service was great, and the front lady was sweet enough to provide honest feedback and let us know the go-to's!
The Mongolian beef had way too much soy sauce and my wife’s dish The Original Honey Shrimp was ordered to have brown rice and it came out with white rice.
Tustin Pei Wei is one of our favorites!
We got a BOGO deal so we got food here for the first time. It's a chain Chinese food place. They cook to order, so food can take a while to come out, around 20-30 minutes. Overall, the food was not bad, but hit and miss.
* Firecracker Shrimp 5/5 - Crispy, tasty shrimp. Tasted like honeyed shrimp but with no walnuts.
* Spicy Korean BBQ Steak 1/5 - Tasted like salted or soy sauce beef that is extremely salty. Had no sweetness or KBBQ flavor.
* Fried Rice 4/5 - Pretty good fried rice.
Restroom had no air circulation so it was like walking into a sauna. Not sure if it's intended or they just need to fix it.
Restaurantji Recommends
After 4 years I went back to the restaurant. Asian chopped chicken salad was my favorite. I used to love it. That's the only thing I ordered in the menu. Today I order the same but it was the worst Asian chicken salad I have ordered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
horrible place, never go here it made me sick!

I love the place. I love the food. It’s clean the moment you walk in there they’re greeting you. They are very helpful. I would recommend it to anybody Amy, with that smile greeting people and Ricky very helpful Jonathan the Cook as well. The taste of the food is perfect. My favorite is the shrimp I’ve tried all of them. They’re all good. Keep up to go to work. I wish you had one in Los Angeles.
