Ceasar went above and beyond on Christmas Eve to cook and complete my order. He and another employee had very good spirit and really made my day, staying after hours to ensure satisfaction because my order went thru sort of late on the app. They deserve acknowledgment and its management should recognize they have great to have staff members who are high quality like this man. Put some respect on his name.

This location is lovely!! The atmosphere is comfortable (the smells are amazing) with good seating no matter where you are, and a lot of windows.
The food is amazing (I reccomend the orange chicken personally), and is well worth the price. They give a great amount for what you pay for, and I always take home some leftovers. (It also keeps well in the fridge!) The quality is also amazing as well.
The service is very friendly and helpful, very quick, and seem to always know what you need!! Liz Beth was our server this time, and she made quick effecient and friendly work, and was incredibly sweet in general! She also made good conversation and was attentive.
Overall it was a 5/5 across the board, and was a lovely experience.

Five years it seems, this place exists where the old Pei Wei used to be. Gone in 2020, back in 2025! I lost a bet to my partner that there were none in all of LA/OC as I frequent the area. Not frequently enough it seems as this place which was once a ghost has been resurrected and I'm glad for it. The door has diminished in flavor only slightly, but that could be my lack of ordering my main dish with extra sauce. A mistake not to be made. I also recall the protein standing alone, rice on the side. Perhaps I'm mistaken or perhaps it's how I ordered it before 2020, so I shall be back and better informed. Hot and Sour soup was good, firecracker shrimp was as good as always, Mongolian beef needed more sauce and rice on the side. I'll be back on the weekly until I tire of it. Staff was super helpful and perhaps due to the 2PM timing, the place which used to be crowded at all times was especially quiet. Parking was easy without the usual hassle from In&Out and easy to leave the Tustin District, again I suspect timing had everything to do with that. Like I said, I'll be back because this was a foodie dream a handful of years ago and seems to me it will be again.
