I love the place. I love the food. It’s clean the moment you walk in there they’re greeting you. They are very helpful. I would recommend it to anybody Amy, with that smile greeting people and Ricky very helpful Jonathan the Cook as well. The taste of the food is perfect. My favorite is the shrimp I’ve tried all of them. They’re all good. Keep up to go to work. I wish you had one in Los Angeles.

Had general Tso chicken and it was amazing and there are plenty of gluten-free options available!
Dietary restrictions: Many gluten-free options available
Parking: Location is next to an In-N-Out Burger. Therefore, when lines it In-N-Out Burger hard or impossible to park in front of PeiWay

This is my go to favorite place to grab a lunch that’s vegan. The noodles are awesome. You can pick any item on the menu board and they will prepare it for you with tofu. Options are rice or noodles, stirred or served beside. My fav is sesame tofu with broccoli. Love this place
Amazing customer service and good was very fresh and flavorful
Great service. We like coming here and recommend this place. We ordered chicken pad thai and firecracker shrimp, but we did not like it. Everything else that we have ordered has been decent.

Rude manager.
Great customer service… small portions of orange chicken and most of orange chicken is orange bread.. now they are looking like chipotle

Though the food isn't the most unique, that doesn't mean the food isn't good... because the food is quite tasteful. I tried the beef and broccoli which was great, the orange chicken included actual orange slices which is always nice, the crab rangoons were decent and excelled most in giving an actual crabby flavor. The service here is fast and efficient. But the best thing about this restaurant is the perfect portion amount for relatively little calories (only around 500 per dish). Though it's almost oxymoronic to eat out and expect to eat healthy, Pei Wei Asian Kitchen makes this goal a little more in reach.
Would recommend!

Pei Wei used to have great food, but that was around a year or so ago. Now, food quality has dropped. They ignore any special requests like "well done" or include hot mustard. Tofu that is supposed to be crispy is not, it is partially raw in the center.
The last time I ordered, the snap peas had not been prepared correctly. You have two choices with snap peas.. use baby snap peas or destring them like green beans. They used fully mature snap peas that still had strings. Not one or two were missed, all of them.
Chicken that is not deep fried is shown as cooked in sauce. Instead, it arrives looking as if it was steamed. Just naked unappealing chicken that no one ate. And this locust like crew will eat anything. It looked like something a hospital would serve.
Salad ordered last time did not taste as it should. it was not as good, the quality had dropped.
Up the quality. $45 on food should mean it is prepared correctly. Not raw, not half prepped, not visually unappealing.
