I'm disappointed to report a concerning experience at this restaurant, which we frequent on weekends. On our recent visit, I found a bug in the bowl I requested. Given my child's recent illness, this was particularly alarming. This is a first-time issue, and I'm surprised by the decline in service and food quality. The usual servers, a gentleman who provided excellent service, were nowhere to be found. It seems there may have been changes in staff or management. Unfortunately, due to these issues, we will not be returning.

I visited lots of pho places in OC but this one was the worst. It was simply not tasty, not enough Vietnamese spice (tasteless) and even the broth was not hot enough. The service was just OK (pretty indifferent though). I am not coming back. The place looked quit and cozy though...

I had a truly disturbing experience with my family while dining at this restaurant. One of the older staff member was playing explicit and inappropriate videos at max volume. What a shame when u plan to have a cozy meal with your kids and family, but someone try to ruin it.This situation is completely unacceptable on many levels.
