I visited this restaurant for a late lunch last weekend. There were about 4–5 tables of customers, and one server along with a person who seemed to be the owner were working in the dining area. The food was about 3 out of 5 — it tasted okay. However, the server forgot the lemon I asked for when ordering, and during the meal, they never once came around to check on our table or any other customers. Occasionally, the person who seemed to be the owner would briefly peek out from one side of the dining area, but that was it. When we first entered, the server was reading a book, so I assumed the server were off-duty or on a break. But when we finished eating and went to pay, I noticed the server were still sitting and studying in the same spot. If the owner chooses to pay an employee to use the restaurant as a study space, that’s their decision — but I don’t understand why customers should have to put up with that. Next time, I’ll just order takeout here or go to another pho restaurant nearby.

Service was terrible. Not once did they come check on us. I had to get up & ask for water & a straw. When paying the older guy in the front shoved the receipt & pen on desk. Food was mid like a 6/10. Def better places in the area

There is a lot of parking in the lot and restaurant is spacious, good amount of seating. Food is great and fresh! Staff is very friendly. I usually order take out. Chicken pho, broken rice plate with charbroiled beef and egg quiche, yum! Also comes with a small broth. I can't forget the fresh coconut water and 6 piece eggrolls too. Thanks!

This is the WORST PHO restaurants I’ve ever visited: -Their Kitchen is so small; so that there are food put out from the kitchen; -The quality of the food is not so great and tasteless -Whatever you ask for, you need to ask again ; at the second time, you may have them -The waitress allows dogs into dining areas… -The dining atmosphere is not worthy for mentioning because it’s not the main reason people go there

I'm disappointed to report a concerning experience at this restaurant, which we frequent on weekends. On our recent visit, I found a bug in the bowl I requested. Given my child's recent illness, this was particularly alarming. This is a first-time issue, and I'm surprised by the decline in service and food quality. The usual servers, a gentleman who provided excellent service, were nowhere to be found. It seems there may have been changes in staff or management. Unfortunately, due to these issues, we will not be returning.
