After my son’s soccer practice in Tustin, we stopped by Ramen Mura—just a quick 7-minute drive.
They offer a great deal: ramen with an add-on. We ordered three ramen bowls and three sushi add-ons. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly.
My whole family enjoyed the meal, and we’ll definitely be back. Great spot for a casual dinner with good value.

My only gripe is the cheesy & annoying top 40 pop music blasting through the speakers 🤦🏻♂️Please choose pretty much anything else… there’s plenty of ambient and instrumental music out there to choose from. Go with jazz (Miles Davis, Charlie Parker, Bill Evans, John Coltrane, etc) if you want a classier vibe, or perhaps minimal instrumental techno if you want a more upbeat atmosphere…

We came here for dinner with our kids and really enjoyed it. We ordered ramen and appetizers — my daughter had the mild Tonkotsu Ramen, my son had the regular Habanero Ramen, and I tried the extra spicy version. Everything was delicious, and the appetizers were a perfect match.
Our server was so kind and friendly, with a warm smile that made the whole experience even better. We had a wonderful dinner here!

Highly Recommend. Certainly coming back. Has an atmosphere for single, double, and group settings. Consistent with theme.
Only possible complaint which can be subjective to the individual. My Tonkotsu Ramen felt like it didn't have spice. However, the Spice Rice is perfect 👌

Awful customer service. They make you wait outside in the cold like a dog for pick up orders and tell you they will bring it out. After 25 minutes of waiting I go inside to see my order sitting on the counter getting cold. Avoid this place.

The ramen is very unpalatable, unlike Japanese food. The soup base is not delicious, the noodles are tasteless, the barbecued pork is tasteless, there is only the smell of oil and burning of pork, and the egg has no taste. Rolls and fried dumplings are pretty good, just don’t order ramen😆

Pros: The water bottles look like it belongs to an elementary school kid lol. Server was helpful when choosing from menu.
Cons: I got the Yasai Ramen. That was the blandest ramen and broth I ever had. Definitely do not recommend their vegetarian options.
I don’t know what’s the hype about it. Awful service. Not just slow, but with a very condescending attitude. The restroom has a strong urine smell, and floor is very sticky.

This ramen spot is just different! I had their Habanero miso ramen & the Kyoto Matcha Ipa and man did it not disappoint! Be sure to pair your ramen as they have add-on specials! I had the dragon balls but they have so many more tasty options! I had the pleasure to have Jennie as my waiter & she was very attentive the whole time & kind. Ask her any questions you may have as she is very knowledgeable of the menu. Definitely bringing family & friends to this spot ? ?

I got spicy tonkotsu ramen to take out. Broth tasted like tabasco hot sauce; wasn’t spicy at all and just tasted sour. Also lacked depth. The charsiu was also undermarinated and lacked flavor. I got takeout and nobody was at the register. Had to wait good 5 minutes for someone even though the restaurant was practically empty. I tried different locations and I don’t think I’ll get Ramen Mura again.

I got the black ramen. The ramen broth was a a bit under salted and the egg was overcooked. My main complaint is that the service was very slow. The restaurant wasn't busy and it took over 20min for me to receive my order while a table of 2 right next to me received their orders within 6 min of ordering. Not sure if they felt it was OK to delay my order because I am a young person that came in alone. Won't be back anytime soon since there are plenty of other places with better ramen and better service.
