We decided to try a new place and I am sure glad we did! We came for dinner and were seated right away. Gave us water and time to look at the menu. Staff was very friendly and kept refilling our water. For now a drink is included with any entree order so thats great! The food was very delicious! I got the Katsu Garlic Noodles and my husband ordered Shoyu Ramen. Garlic noodles were seasoned so well. I like that is came with a side salad. My husbands ramen had rich broth and veggies were delicious. Ambience was relaxed. Overall this was a fantastic spot and can’t wait to see it flourish!

Red Flame in Tustin is a great place to get your hot pot fix. The portions are generous and the food comes out quick. The customer service is also great. I ordered the beef hot pot with mild spice and it was delicious. It was a lot of food and I was very full afterwards. My wife got the shabu-shabu with tom yum soup and that was also very good. We were able to share our food with our 2 year old. Overall, we had a great experience at Red Flame and would definitely recommend it to others.

My wife and I stopped into this new spot for lunch and were glad we did. The restaurant was clean and spacious, and our server was so polite, friendly, and energetic! She made us feel right at home. My wife ordered the mushroom hot pot and I had pho filet mignon. Both were excellent. Milk teas were also solid. Overall a lot of bang for your buck, and great team members seal the deal. To be very honest, I wasn't eating here at the first place, but due to long wait, I switched to this close by restaurant. And to my surprised, it went better than I thought. Althought it was during their soft opening, the service was good, very friendly waitress here, ordering was accurate, and food came quick. I had a tonkatsu noodle and my gf had a rib eye steak. They were very good and the spicy sauce was up to my alley, got some kick . All in all , the experience was good and will come bk for the hot pot(that day too hot for hot pot, lol).

My food was great until my egg rolls came out. I asked to speak for a manger wasn’t even here to give me clear information also said I couldn’t get a refund because I touched one , so make sure if your gonna come and u don’t like ur food know u can’t get ur money back . Just unbelievable

After seeing a promo ad on Instagram, we drove 36 miles (one way) to check out the restaurant for lunch. The restaurant did not disappoint us.
Japanese Miso Shabu Shabu is flavorful, and the serving amount is perfect for $15.95. Premium NY Steak is perfectly cooked (med. rare) on hot lava stone for $22.95. Good service and nice atmosphere. Free drinks with purchase of any entree during their soft opening.

First of all I was very excited to come here and I left very disappointed. First of all service sucks. Doesn't matter if you order 1st other ppl get there food before you. My wife and my kids got there food but mine didn't come out at all. People kept getting there food but not me. I hope you guys closed down soon + ramen wasn't that good. If you want some good ramen I recommend mymen ramen great service and delicious food
