Very surprised to find this place. Everything is cooked in perfection. Their noodle is perfectly cooked. Beef Roll is fresh with Cucumber and crispy at the same time. Their Xia Long Bao is above average (probably 2nd best to Din Tai Fung in OC). I would definitely revisit this place.

This is likely one of the best-value restaurants I’ve tried. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the prices are extremely reasonable without sacrificing quality.
Both the soup dumplings and pan-fried dumplings feature excellent wrappers—neither doughy nor overly thick/thin—and cooked to a perfect al dente texture. The fillings are good, but similar options can be found at many Chinese restaurants; however, the wrappers here are among the best I've had in the U.S. Probably even better than Ding Tai Fung, which is a higher-end chain known for soup dumplings.
Their dishes all have a slightly sweet flavor, which is typical of some southern Chinese cuisine. Even the vinegar has a hint of sweetness. I especially enjoyed the spicy noodles with meat sauce, which has a western twist with the addition of pickled cabbage, kale, and corn. The sauce is so flavorful that I would definitely pack some to go if I weren’t traveling at the moment.

The guy wearing glasses has really bad breath even though he wears a mask. every time he talks, I can feel that unpleasant smell coming out of his mouth. gosh !!!! which was disgusting, soooooo soooooo disgusting! I could not even finish my dinner. I will never come back! Even though this was really a good restaurant, decent dining environment, bargain price and decent dishes. but that guy was really disgusting, soooooo disgusting!

This is the most successful place to go out for lunch these days. The xiaolongbao, fried rice and charcuterie are all great, and the music is also quite popular. It's not so old school anymore. The xlb is very good. The skin is very thin and the meat inside is so juicy. It tastes as good as Din Tai Fung. I love the beef roll. I will order one more to go. The price is reasonable. I think you will enjoy it

It's golden color broth but has some spicy pepper in it, so it has some spicy kick (which makes the bowl even better). The cold noodle with chili sauce was the main reason for my visit, but it was kind of bland after eating all the other foods.

I will never go here again. I also wouldn’t recommend it if you’re not Asian also. The wait staff was rude and neglectful to my wife and I. The host snapped at us and also sat and helped tables before taking our order. We were definitely discriminated against. We left after not being helped or even talked to for over 25 min.
