Food was good 8/10. You order and pay through the app. Food came out fairly quick. Make sure you join the waitlist on Yelp cause there’s a wait.

It doesn’t get more authentic than this place. Sichuan Impression absolutely delivered on every entree I tried. Highly recommend the Mapo Tofu and Kung Pao Chicken.

The attitude of the staff is extremely bad, and you have to pay for it.

I am a loyal customer of Jincheng. I called an hour in advance to order two rice noodles today, but I drove half an hour to pick them up and told me that I had only made one. The male operator/waiter has a very bad attitude and speaks with a Northeastern accent. If his service attitude is like this, ask the store owner to let him go back home and undergo on-the-job training again. what a disappointment
I am a loyal customer of sichuan Impression. Today I called an hour in advance to order two bowls of spicy noodles. However, when I arrived I was told only one had been prepared. The male staff member who answered the phone and served me had a very poor altitude. This is not professional AT ALL. If this is the level of service being provided, highly suggest the restaurant owner send him back for retraining. This is truly disappointing.

Overall good. But I’m not impressed with their non spicy food. The baby back rib is bland and need more flavor. The sour pickle dish soup ( non spicy ) is sour and tasteless. And the Dungeness crab is meatless. I like their spicy flavor a lot though.

There are quite a lot of people during the meal. If you reserve a seat on Yelp 30 minutes in advance, it will be arranged quickly when you arrive. The food tastes authentic and the waiters are very proactive. The serving speed is also relatively timely.

There is no good service. 20% tip is compulsory for more than six people. Five dishes cost 180. Bad review of golden soup and fat beef. It’s so sour that I can’t eat it.

I'm speechless... The set meal for 3 people is $72 plus a bowl of rice. The checkout said $102! ! I don’t know how to calculate it? ? No receipt is given at checkout. My friend paid $102 and got an extra 20% tip! !

Really delicious Sichuan food that is presented nicely and not overly spicy. Very popular spot on weekends. I went right when it opened on Saturday at 5pm and it quickly became packed with people. The food is great and pretty big portions with lots of options. Tasted authentic too, overall a great spot for Sichuan Chinese food.

I wish there were more Sichuan restaurants like this in town. It has authentic flavors - I'm addicted to their rattan pepper chicken, toothpick lamb, spicy boiled beef, and many other dishes. I do wish they have "Yuxiang Rousi", and a few other traditional Sichuan dishes as well. There are areas they can improve: 1. Cleanliness. The food material is usually fresh, but the quality can dip on a Monday to Wednesday - I'd give it a 8/10. The restaurant's cleanliness rates about 6/10, with a horrific restroom and sticky chairs that detract from the atmosphere. 2. Service. Most the time, you must to pay and order from a QR code, the service is limited, possibly due to low tip expectations. Given that the average cost per person is between $30 and $50, they really need to improve their service. I'd rate the service 7/10. However, they do excel in presenting traditional street food and farm-style serving plates and bowls, earning a 9/10 for the presentation. Plus the unparalleled authentic Chinese flavors in Orange County leaves little competition, as most of the other local Chinese restaurants would only score lower in cleanliness, service and flavor. Meizhou Dongpo has better atmosphere and service, however, if you order Kung Pao chicken from them once, you'd find it worse than Panda Express.
