The LA Galbi Short Rib is absolutely delicious with a great balance of flavor and amazing tenderness. For lunch, the brisket is not dry at all and pretty high quality, and the beef tongue is a recommended upgrade. The restaurant provides excellent service and has a clean and cool ambiance. It is a great spot for a premium AYCE experience including Wagyu beef, brisket, ribeye, and seafood. Guests also enjoy the self-serve kimchi bar with pickled soy onions & radish and salad.
