Burning X really surprised me. Lately I have been eating AYCE KBBQ too many times that the flavor and meat quality has been just okay and these spots claimed to be really top tier kbbq spots has been a let down. It's good but not OMG, I want to go back again vibes.

BUT!!! Burning X's LA Galbi, is absolutely delicious. I am soooo in LOVE. To the point we stopped eating the marinated boneless short rib, rib finger, wagyu beef belly, premium short ribs, pork jowls and just focused on LA Galbi with the 3 bones. We order 5 orders. It comes in a set of two. It really has a great balance of flavor not being too salty or sweet or bland and the tenderness, amazing . Honestly all the pieces were excellent!

Next time, I'm gonna ignore all the meats and just get the LA Galbi Short Rib ( with the bones)!!!

I also enjoyed their kimchi bar, the pickled soy onions & radish and their salad with all of my LA Galbi Short Rib pieces. Absolute heaven and the service was amazing!

Such a great spot for lunch since it’s only $21.99. You have access to their entire marinated meat bar but if you don’t like marinated meats just keep eating their brisket and pork belly. I love the brisket it’s not dry at all and pretty high quality. If you want to upgrade I recommend trying the beef tongue! Don’t forget to eat a shin ramen at the end!

Terrible experience. I specifically called ahead and was told kids under 5 are half price. When we arrived, the rule suddenly changed — they insisted on measuring my son’s height instead of going by age. My son is only 3 years old, barely 1 inch over their limit, and even though I explained he can only eat a few bites (literally three pieces of meat and he’s done), they still demanded we pay full adult price.

On top of that, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like false advertising and a complete lack of customer care. We left without eating because of how unfair and unwelcoming the experience was.

Parents, be warned — if you’re bringing kids, don’t expect honesty or flexibility here. We will never come back.

Great food and well stocked food bar available for access at all times if you want their marinated selection whenever. No need to wait for staff on that one. Some banchan/sides is available this way as well for whenever you're hungry.

Service was horrible. We were a party of 8 and our server never asked if we wanted drinks or anything else. We had to go serve our own rice, etc even after asking. Our server had a very poor attitude. The bill included gratuity since we were a large party and felt as if we were ignored. We were all upset at their customer service. Won’t be returning.

Delicious and affordable AYCE KBBQ with quality meats. You can order select meats from the server and they also have a self serve meat bar with lots of options. Few of my favorites from the premium menu were: the wagyu beef belly, prime marinated short rib, and prime marinated boneless short rib cut.

They offer 3 menu options~ weekday lunch ($21.99), signature ($29.99) and premium ($38.99), which all include the meat station.

Great service and they came by often to change the grill.

Alot of food choices to cook up on your individual grill at your table and you can also order a steak of your choice as well

I was initially very hopeful about this restaurant. Just a few days ago, one of the employees went out of their way to break a $20 bill for me so I could give it to a homeless individual. That thoughtful gesture gave me good vibes, so I decided to bring my family here for a meal.

At first, everything was going smoothly. I came with my 6-month pregnant wife and my one-and-a-half-year-old daughter, who surprisingly enjoys Korean barbecue. We opted for the $84 premium meat selection, which was absolutely phenomenal. However, our experience took a disappointing turn at the two-hour mark when we were abruptly made to feel unwelcome.

Rather than directly asking us to leave, one of the servers casually placed the receipt at the corner of our table without saying a word. This subtle yet obvious gesture felt distasteful and unprofessional, as it strongly implied that our time was up.

Throughout the meal, we managed to order only six plates due to the time spent cooking and feeding our young daughter. We didn’t get anything from the bar, which looked like it had great options, and we only ordered two servings of brisket. It became clear to me that our lack of alcohol orders played a role in how we were treated.

I believe all customers should be treated fairly, regardless of whether they order alcohol. Some people don’t drink, and that’s perfectly fine—it’s part of the restaurant business to accommodate everyone.

If you’re considering bringing your family here, especially with young children, I wouldn’t recommend it. They enforce a strict two-hour limit and seem to prioritize patrons who order alcohol.

Vegetarian options: I love their kimchi

It's not ayce korean bbq at all!
I went with my friends, and we were disappointed ☹️
Salad bar is really poor. And they offer 3(for 28$) and 5(for 38$) kitchen orders for the table.
Shrimps are awful.
The worst ayce I've ever been
If you don't want to waste your money and time, please avoid this place.

But personal was really kind. That's only good thing I could notice.

My family and I love visiting this place, especially because of a Hispanic gentleman who provides the best customer service we’ve ever experienced at a Korean barbecue restaurant. I wish we had gotten his name, as he truly went above and beyond with his service.
