So my lady and I love fried chicken, and our favorite place closed down a month or so ago. We’ve tried, no exaggeration, SEVEN other hot chicken places around OC… this was the best. Chicken was juicy, seasoning was done right, fries were tasty, and I really enjoyed the Mac salad too, cold and kinda refreshing to cut through the spice of chicken. It was a nice combo. Only thing I would suggest to the restaurant, food wise, is maybe a slightly softer/lighter flavored brioche, (this one faintly reminded me of a wheat bread for some reason), but that was very minor. The food overall is VERY good. Business owner suggestion also… the floor could be a brighter color, better lighting/some cool neon, tables could’ve been cleaner, bathroom needed an air vent/freshener because they both smelled a bit (but were still clean inside) and more comfortable seating.. but ultimately, we go to a restaurant for the food, and I WILL DEFINITELY be coming back here because this chicken beat out 7 other places I’ve tried in the last month! ???? Give this place a try for sure.

This place was really nice, especially if you like spicy options. The Customer Service I experienced were very up beat and friendly. The fries were very very good, I also had a chicken sandwich and the combination of fixings was surprisingly very good. Definitely going back for more.PS This place is like a Balanced astompher of diversity, with fundamentals of American culture and highlighted Asian..you like the perfect Fusion..no one is over saturation either.It made me feel more inclined to give a try.

The chicken was cooked perfectly and extremely juicy but i ordered medium heat and I got tenders that were so unbelievably hot that they were not edible.... I mean if this was an Indian restaurant I would understand medium heat is pretty fire but ya it's a bummer I cannot eat these juicy perfectly cooked tenders because one bite and 10minutes later and my mouth is still burning.

Let me just start off by saying that these tenders i just finished might just be the best i've ever had. let's start from the top. Interior: The inside of this place is quite nice. love the led signs, nice clean look. bathrooms are exceptionally clean. not a single piece of trash spotted anywhere. Interior: 5/5 Service: Service is what you expect: kind, fast, and helpful. nothing much to talk about though. service: 5/5 Now the good stuff Food: Today, i got the combo #1, which is two tenders, fries, some pickle slices, white bread slice, and comeback sauce. The chicken tenders were beyond delicious. nice crispy crunch in every bite, and extremely tender. and mind you, these tenders were ginormous! way bigger than any tender i've gotten from anywhere else. one thing to note is that the spice levels are WAY different than other joints. i got the mild and it was spicier than i anticipated. didn't mind the spice though, but just keep that in mind when choosing a spice level. the fries were also pretty good, could be a little crispier though, but super good. the comeback sauce was also pretty good. i mixed some honey with the sauce and it was bomb. white bread is white bread, and pickles are just pickles. nothing much to talk about. but overall, food was amazing. food: 5/5 Overall, you should really check this place out. is in a really nice area and conveniently next to a movie theater! but yeah, check this place out. absolutely amazing. was my first time here and definitely won't be my last! Overall review: 10/10

I've been to Spice-C once before and I gave them a 4* Review, today they earned a 5! Spice-C is most similar to a restaurant called "Dave's Hot Chicken" and has (in my opinion) the same or sometimes even better quality food than Dave's! I ordered a single Slider with fries, which came out to $12.30~ after taxes. They stuffed the box with fries and man these are good! Seasoned well, crispy and go great with their "kickback" sauce. The sandwich was also a significant step up over last time. Ingredients taste better, fresher and have flavour! The chicken itself was juicy, crispy and overall delicious and the pickles and slaw are a significant step up over last time. The atmosphere is also great! I came in a few minutes before closing but they've really stepped up the experience for not only the customer, but the staff as well. The service is also great, Cashier took my order, was patient and answered my questions knowledgeably. Overall, If you're in the area and are looking for a good fried chicken place, I'd give them a shot!

Spice-c has been my go-to place for enjoying a halal spicy meal. I really missed spicy food in the USA. And the staff has always been so co-operative with the order. Kyle has always been so friendly. He is attentive with the details and bagging.

Someone working the register should know the menu. I asked what snow cheese was and the response was uhhh idk it’s cheese, like cheddar.I ordered a sandwich, I was asked if I wanted cheese, pickle, slaw, and sauce. I assumed this was all included, there is an up charge for cheese.The tater tots were crunchy and had a great seasoning. The chicken was obnoxiously greasy, you could push on the chicken and get a drip to come off - the flavor was not great..

Not bad and not perfect. We ordered combo #3 and #2 medium spicy level. But you know what it wasn’t medium, it was like extra spicy level. I felt like a dragon, fire in my mouth. So It tasted like just regular bread and chicken. And French fries are regular nothing special. But cashier guy was friendly.
