What a wonderful surprise! I was driving around town and happens to see the green lettering on the building and stopped to take a closer look. BOY WAS I IN FOR A SURPRISE! I waited months to catch this place open when I bring my dog to the vet across the street. Today was my lucky day. I got a ham and cheese scone and an almost croissant, both were still warm. They were both so delicious that I scarfed them down. My mouth is still watering just thinking about it. Hoping to try more delicious pastries next time.

So sad to see the school is no longer active, it was the best one in the area, in southern California there is no many pastry schools, and chef Stephane is one of the best, hopefully they will open again
