its my local Starbucks which are always great and today wasn't any different there was a minor mistake which they gladly fixed and took care of me just wanted to give thanks for the crew for always taking care of my family!

girl with the sheet music tattoo and curly hair has an attitude problem and zero customer service skills. i walked in on a hot day 80+ degrees outside, polite as can be, and asked for an ice water (which not even a week ago was given to me for free with a smile). that girl looked me up and down and says i have to pay for it. for water??? what a joke.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever found in all the countries around the world. They have shut off all the power sockets in the store, not giving customers a chance to stay in the store longer。

If your main language is different than English avoid this place I was ordering my items in (Spanish) cuz this is my main language but cashier LESLEY another Hispanic woman was like being racist telling me she doesn't know what I was saying I know she knows Spanish because she was talking previously in Spanish, well she was taking my time and almost denied me to order my items until that is started to talking to her in English.
I was the first in line well she gave my coffee to the last. Everybody who was behind me got their coffee first and she placed me to the last literally no kidding was a lady who just arrived and she got her coffee immediately and I have to wait and wait and wait for the eternity I just decide to leave the place leaving the stuff that I just paid because this people is just not ok with their racist shit.

Please train your staff on customer service skills!! the blonde girl is always rude and has no personality.. I don't know what's wrong with her. I know there are no customers in there cuz it's a very odd type of store and people just pick up and leave. There's no place to sit. Maybe that's why they can't have customers ?

They're the only ones that can make my Americano with steamed oatmilk so delicious & sandwiches are perfect temperature ! They're also fully loaded on food! I know drive thru is amazing but visit this Starbucks if youre ever near♡♡ ☕️ also curly hair woman is super sweet

Employees there need to learn how to help customers with what they need and what they order. I ordered a cold grande Caramel macchaito, and they gave me a tall size instead. When I told them that I was getting the wrong size, she just looked at the cup and said, " Oh no, you ordered a tall size" and she just turned around and ignored my request. She didn't even apologize nor suggested giving me the right size of what I ordered, nothing like that. Just to make clarifications, this is not about me getting coffee for free or anything like that. You're paying for a product with all high standards and expectations, and to receive this kind of customer service is really disappointing for this brand of coffee. Next time, I'll go to Macdonald's and have a robot to help me with what I need to order.

Keep the interior temperature ice cold so that no one stays too long. Bring out the garden hose outside to force patrons to leave the exterior seating area and be forced back indoors where it’s cold and have them leave for the frigid environment. Yeah, I’ll find another store.
