Employees there need to learn how to help customers with what they need and what they order. I ordered a cold grande Caramel macchaito, and they gave me a tall size instead. When I told them that I was getting the wrong size, she just looked at the cup and said, " Oh no, you ordered a tall size" and she just turned around and ignored my request. She didn't even apologize nor suggested giving me the right size of what I ordered, nothing like that. Just to make clarifications, this is not about me getting coffee for free or anything like that. You're paying for a product with all high standards and expectations, and to receive this kind of customer service is really disappointing for this brand of coffee. Next time, I'll go to Macdonald's and have a robot to help me with what I need to order.

Keep the interior temperature ice cold so that no one stays too long. Bring out the garden hose outside to force patrons to leave the exterior seating area and be forced back indoors where it’s cold and have them leave for the frigid environment. Yeah, I’ll find another store.

There’s some literature about this place being ranked third place, but I beg to differ they should even be in the top 100.Not only do the employees here act too busy to be bothered after they forget the remaining bits of your order, but they act like you’re the one at fault when you follow-up. This is some new level of barista snobbery I’ve experienced.

This store is extremely rude. The young girl who took my order was extremely rude as well as the supervisor and argued back with me when I let her know. Not coming back .

I came into the store at 8:00 PM (Because it said they were open until 8:30 online) I was going to buy a coffee and plug my phone in for the last 30 minutes they were open... The very snotty rude girls that work there, first told me that the lobby was closed... It wasn't, and then proceeded to tell me that there was no outlets that I could use to plug my phone in.... At Starbucks. One thing that is pretty common knowledge about Starbucks, is you can use the wifi and charge your devices while drinking the over priced coffee that you just purchased.... I cannot believe how this interaction just happened and recommended going elsewhere

Unfortunately, this location is convenient for me. There is usually the longest wait for my drink and typically only one barista while all the other employees are not helping the one barista. The bathroom has been disgusting for years even though it's been reported to corporate offices. Maybe the only way to get things cleaned up is to post pics. That's MOLD on the air vent. SB, you can do better than this. We are all paying $6 per drink. Clean up your messes.

I come here weekly while my son goes to School or Rock in the same shopping center. The drinks are made exceptionally, and quickly. Everyone is very friendly and the music/ambience is right up my alley.

I love this Starbucks location. The ladies who work here always pleasant and polite and always talk with a smile, despite the fact they are constantly busy. If management is reading this, they deserve a raise or a big Christmas bonus. One temporarily minor first-world problem is that there construction takes up some parking lot spaces during Nov-Dec 2023.

I would strongly advise your store retrain Ramon as I know for fact his attitude has started a live youtube channel with a group of employees uploading live feed of his belligerent attitude towards the guest. He was way out of line but its no reason to hammer the reputation of the entire store.

I can not believe management has a clue how their employees are talking to customers. This store needs to be shut down for a few days and not reopened until each and every employee knows what not to ever do again. Tried to call the manager on two separate occasions with no response of anyone being in charge. Now it's reviews and phone calls to Corporate.

They post their mission statement on their Yelp page. Reads as follows,We're not just passionate purveyors of coffee, but everything else that goes with a full and rewarding coffeehouse experience. What they forgot to tell you was the smart mouth attitude from the male running the register thinks its cute to make rude comments to females. If you want a job hitting on lady's, try becoming a bartender. At least if you got them drunk they would not know what a low life you really are.My number two complaint is the bathroom needs to be cleaned more often. Every employee knows it. They do not care. My drink was made wrong for the last time. Never again will I come to this location. Ramon needs to be put on a leash to keep lady in Tustin safe.

Stopped here on my way home, got 2 grande drinks, one being an Iced chai latte and the other a Frappuccino. I went to use the restroom (which was absolutely disgusting to say the least) then came out to wait for mine and my daughters drink. Mine was up first, no biggie, thinking next drink would be coming up shortly. I waited another 7-8 mins before asking if my other drink was coming up. The girl looked at me like as if I JUST ordered it and said "It's coming..."While I wait, at least 3-4 other orders were pushed out that had been in a line AFTER I got my first drink. Never coming here again.
