This is a drive thru only location and it’s fantastic!! Lines go quickly, it’s new and I haven’t had any issues with orders yet. It can be hectic because the line spills into the street, but the lines seem to go quickly. If you have a larger vehicle, go into the outer lane on the right to be able to turn without issues.

Why is it that a DRIVE THRU only starbucks - cannot get the simple cup correctly filled? I have been here a couple times and received CRAP cups. Literally the lid collapses when you grab it and then you end up with COFFEE all over your car. Thanks for nothing. I have 2 different pictures from when I cared enough to take them but this has happened at least 5 times in the last couple months. I don't go much - maybe every other week...I'm done. NOT this location anymore.

Friendliest Starbuck’s. Very professional and focused on what you would like to order! The drive thru is perfect addition to Tustin and you don’t have to worry about bad people coming inside because there’s drive thru only!! :)
