By far the worst Starbucks ever. At approximately 4:45am, all the employees working this shift were by far the worst and most horrible team I’ve ever encountered. They were all miserable, no greeting whatsoever, I asked for a cup an ice and got no response and was handed the cup of ice in the most rude manner. How did they get hired? Don’t work in the customer service industry if you don’t enjoy customers. What has happened to all the Starbucks and their customer service? Or is it just me that feels this way

Everyone is nice! And I really appreciate that !!☺️ The only problem I don't see is a consistency in the extra shot of expresso. I go at least three times a week and many times my coffee doesn't taste like anything,=[ not even the extra shot!!!!!. I don't like complaining but I think it's something you guys can get better at! Whipped Cream Castella Cake + Espresso
FYI, I bought the Whipped Cream Castella Cake at Starbucks - Incheon Airport T1 4F (Starbucks Book Café) Air 4th Floor, Terminal 1, 272 Gonghang-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon, South Korea
Just before leaving Korea, I bought a whipped cream castella at the Starbucks Book Café in Incheon Airport, and as soon as I arrived in the US, I ran to the Starbucks near my house in the Irvine/Tustin Marketplace and ordered an espresso to make the secret combination known only to Starbucks employees in Korea: whipped cream castella + espresso.
How to make: After removing the castella paper shell, lightly cut the top of the castella in a cross shape and pour espresso.
The espresso is absorbed into the whipped cream castella, transforming it into a moist, soft castella with a subtle coffee flavor.

3 times in a row i ordered a venti shaken espresso on different days but my drink just tastes like creamer all 3 days. The last time i asked for the barista to remake my drink and they gladly helped make me a new one.

I just felt some kind of way... I didn't even get the coffee ☕before a request was made for a tip..?. So do I ask the drive thru to hold on while I taste the coffee first? I tip on my service ?...do you serve me ?based on my tip... I tipped in cash to make sure my coffee was safe ??
This is a drink that I haven’t touched yet and it looked like someone’s leftover. I was in a hurry to leave and I did not have time to argue with them to make a new one. I saw other people experienced the same issue. I’m wondering whether it’s made by the same person.

Came for the first time today and got a grande shaken espresso. When I picked it up I was very disappointed to see it not filled all the way up. I expect it to be a full cup of coffee especially for $5.45. Had maybe 5 sips and it was gone
