Kaitlin was SOOOOO AWESOME!!! She helped me BIG time figuring out how to add my GC’s to my Starbucks app. I’m pretty challenged in that area, and she was super knowledgeable and took extra time to help me. And she did it all with a friendly and helpful smile, greatly appreciated.

This Starbucks, having moved from a very small and cramped space to a new building just across the street, is beautiful, comfortable, and gives off really good vibes. Of course, it also has an outdoor patio and a drive-thru.

I saw my cup wasn’t even close to full of coffee so I asked for some more to top it off. I get the drinks back and they didn’t get any more filled! They added maybe a tiny splash, how petty does a worker have to be to not give any extra milk?

I'm here every day in the wee hours of the morning. The store is clean and ready to start the day. The workers during the time I am there each morning I call the A-Team. Elena, Nora, Tiffany, Kaitlyn, Justin and Tristan. They definitely make me feel welcome and will take the extra time to get to know me better. I'm grateful for how they make me feel welcome each morning.

This has been my go-to location for a few months now, and I continue to be impressed with the service here! Employees are fast, friendly, and consistent. After having issues at other locations, this is now the ONLY Starbucks I visit.

The WORST Starbucks I have ever been to!! They should’ve kept Carl’s Jr there. The people who work here are rude and disrespectful!! They lie about policies that aren’t even true. I’m on the phone with corporate right now. The new manager Amanda is rude and has no customer service skills. She used her management title to deny me what I needed due to policy, when it’s not even a policy. Then went on to tell me she knows about other stores in the area who never follow procedures.

I went though the drive though to order a tall peppermint mocha with soy milk. I revived a beverage that the lid was not secured on and split all over me and the inside of my car. If it would have been hot I would have been burned. I tasted it and it did not have any thing in it other than the soy milk.

I asked for them to remake it. I started to take a sip and it was warm, no mocha or any thing innit, it was just warm soy milk. By this time it was over 7 -9 mins in line to wait for the beverage. I drove around and asked for a refund and then partner could not do anything. The shift supervisor was on brake and had to be called off and took over another 5 mins to give me refund and never completed it. I had to ask for a comp card and that did not even cover the cost of the beverage.

I called the Mananger Amanda on Saturday and not had any replay back.

I came back in today to verify the numbers and left a message. Awaiting for the reply on the messages were never answered.

I talked Rebeca today and she was very UNBECOMING of the Starbucks Standards. Rolling her eyes and making inapproate facial expressions, rolling her eyes and looking away trying not make comments under her breath. She spoke under her breath and I asked what she was saying and she refused co comment.

Then Tristin came over and just asked if I wanted the beverage. I said no, I just wanted the manager to call back.

I stopped by this location today, coming and asked for a cup of water, the cashier told me I need to make a purchase first, and he had water bottle for sale! Isn't it the law to give out water to anyone who asked?
