A few days ago I went to the store, I asked one of your lovely employees, can I have a cup of tap water or hot water? I was told, you need to buy either cup of tea or coffee. Why should I buy something to get a free cup of water?
It is RIDICULUS. Other Starbucks stores offered a free cup of water for asking.

Batistas here do not exhibit the service and friendliness I have been accustomed to at most starbucks. The location is convenient for me. Otherwise, I would choose a friendlier location.
