I work near this store so I always stop by to get my coffee there and this afternoon I didn't want coffee since it's so cold but my friend was drowning. I found it easy to go in and ask for a glass of water and they told me no because there was a new policy and they couldn't give me a glass of water unless I was shopping
at that moment.

I just asked them to re-heat my cookie which I haven’t touched and the girls said she was not able to do that, and then I asked again because I really wanted to have it warmer and them she asked someone and she said she was allowed to re-heat it if I haven’t touched AFTER I TOUCHED TO SEE IF IT WAS WARMED ENOUGH. I just think their employees should be better trained so in that case when I first asked if she could re-heat my cookie when I haven’t touched my food she could have warmed with no stress. After I got my cold cookie I didn’t even want to eat anymore. It’s just simple action that could make done my day better but they struggle with all this little things…
