Not friendly employees. There are signs on every tables offering refills on drinks, and the employee says we can't give a cup of tea because your first drink was matcha latte! Doesn't that make me more qualified for a refill? As a pro coffee shopper I can tell the difference of house rules and discriminatory behavior!

I went yesterday to this Starbucks and the workers were so nice! My 12 month old baby made a mess and they were so kind and nice to us. I was very stressed, but they made the situation better. They called someone to clean and they took care of the situation in a heartbeat.

On October 18, 2023, before 5:00 PM, I went to buy coffee. The guy taking orders was very friendly, but the woman making coffee, named Aracely, had a very bad attitude. I strongly suspect she had just been dumped by her boyfriend.After the employee Aracely made my coffee, I asked her for a glass of ice water. She gave it to me very impatiently. Then I asked her if I could have a cup holder because I was pushing a stroller and couldn't carry the coffee. She gave it to me with an extremely sour face and asked me very impatiently if I needed anything else.I asked her why she gave me a cup holder but not a bag. How was I supposed to carry it?She replied, "You can carry it however you want." When I asked for her name, she said, "Why do you need to know my name?" I said, "Because I want to complain about you." She didn't dare to say anything after that.Every time I go to Starbucks to buy coffee, the service experience has always been good. But this time really changed my perception of Starbucks. Why was the service attitude so bad?Starbucks is a very convenient coffee shop. My experiences have always been good. I hope Starbucks can strengthen the management of its employees and eliminate employees with such poor attitudes that have a negative impact on the brand image.

Great service
Only one employee at the location. He was extremely overwhelmed and not to blame the employee, but he needed a lot of help. 2 people in front of me, and they each ordered only 2 drinks , but it took me almost 30 minutes to reach the counter to place my order. I ordered a coffee, and he said kid you not, I don't have any coffee. It's a coffee shop. How do you run out of coffee! Employee had none to almost any merchandise available.

Beautiful! The employees and restaurant are beautiful inside and out. Super clean. (You don't need a code for the restroom.) I highly recommend this Starbucks! ❤️
