horrible service because when we go me and my 2 friends around 4pm its been 2 times they turn off the light on us saying their close or in break and actually they do it right when we get their they turn off the lights and my friends are like lets not comeback here no more like we paying we actually buy 3 or 4 drinks i dont know whats their problem please fix your service manager or boss or main owner

On October 18, 2023, before 5:00 PM, I went to buy coffee. The guy taking orders was very friendly, but the woman making coffee, named Aracely, had a very bad attitude. I strongly suspect she had just been dumped by her boyfriend.After the employee Aracely made my coffee, I asked her for a glass of ice water. She gave it to me very impatiently. Then I asked her if I could have a cup holder because I was pushing a stroller and couldn't carry the coffee. She gave it to me with an extremely sour face and asked me very impatiently if I needed anything else.I asked her why she gave me a cup holder but not a bag. How was I supposed to carry it?She replied, "You can carry it however you want." When I asked for her name, she said, "Why do you need to know my name?" I said, "Because I want to complain about you." She didn't dare to say anything after that.Every time I go to Starbucks to buy coffee, the service experience has always been good. But this time really changed my perception of Starbucks. Why was the service attitude so bad?Starbucks is a very convenient coffee shop. My experiences have always been good. I hope Starbucks can strengthen the management of its employees and eliminate employees with such poor attitudes that have a negative impact on the brand image.

Person who you so call say helped me today at 5:35pm 8/22 (time of receipt printing) caught attitude. I hope it's been reported more than once for her case to for management to notice and to correct. I asked nicely "hey do you accept the Starbucks app?" And she looked at me like I'm supposed to know and she said yes they do. I pulled out my phone and then she said oh we only accept gift cards, i said oh I'm using my card, so then I asked to clarify so you don't accept the app? Still with some attitude she responded to me uh yeah we do only the gift cards.... Her coworkers stood by to watch the whole conversation and just snickered. I said back "Ok you could be nice explaining that" I didn't understand what the attitude was for and why it was funny, I was in a nice mood I had no issues but that ruined it for me. Idk if the company would look into my complaint since it's word by mouth but I feel so sorry she's unhappy with her job, she should find something else and work less with customers.

Beautiful! The employees and restaurant are beautiful inside and out. Super clean. (You don't need a code for the restroom.) I highly recommend this Starbucks! ❤️

No one takes the order and very unmotivated staff. The barista gives quite the attitude and blames the customer for her mess up?? Didn’t even bother to call out our names for the order and our coffee became cold and our frappuccinos melted. Grumpy and mean.

This review is for the amazing service we received today. The girl that made our drinks was super attentive, super nice and made our drinks to perfection. I think her name was Megan but I'm not sure... thank you Target starbucks for an awesome experience today

The "girl" working the register is very condescending. Needs to learn basic customer service. "She" was rude not only to me but to the other people in line as well. Didn't catch they're name, but it was the "girl" with brown hair. The one making drinks was quick and courteous.

Only one employee at the location. He was extremely overwhelmed and not to blame the employee, but he needed a lot of help. 2 people in front of me, and they each ordered only 2 drinks , but it took me almost 30 minutes to reach the counter to place my order. I ordered a coffee, and he said kid you not, I don't have any coffee. It's a coffee shop. How do you run out of coffee! Employee had none to almost any merchandise available.

Within the past 24 hours I've had terrible services at this location. Last night, I wanted inline for 8 minutes without a greeting. There were two employees that both were working on making drinks instead of taking the next person in-line which was me. They also turned off the lights while I was in line . When the one staff came to help, he had made no eye contact and had an attitude.Today, I went to the location to order a venti cup of ice with caramel drizzle with a half cup of half and half . The barista told the person making my order. "I want a milk." I corrected her by saying, "I order half and half not milk" she replied "whatever". My order was received wrong it was a full milk with caramel drizzle, I had most of the mile poured out so that I could add the Starbucks coffee I purchased within the store. I was charged $3.75, I asked why and she explained that I was charge for milk because that's the only way she could charge me. I also scanned my order on my Starbucks app for rewards and didn't see the transaction. She explained that the transaction would appear within something today . Needless to say, I will not be returning to the location. I think they must have changed management because this is not the level of services this location is known for .
