Subway app will allow you to order an item and the store will not have it or willing to compensate it. Instead they will be happy to cancel your order stating it as an incorrect order.

The lady was so rude from the very beginning but unfortunately we had ordered ahead. We walked around the gas station waiting like 15 mins for her and didn’t want to crowd her and watch either. Both of the subs we ordered were not toasted and were missing multiple ingredients. Extremely disappointing. It’s not that difficult to follow directions and have some manners.

When I was getting my sandwich, the lady barely was putting stuff on my sandwich. I asked for lettuce she barely put any I asked for spinach she barely put any, and when I asked for more, she gave me attitude and still barely put any. I’ve been to many subways and I never had to ask the worker to put more stuff on my sandwich. I’m truly disappointed.

I came into this Subway attached to a gas station to get out of the rain and cold and bought a turkey sandwich to throw them some cash for being open. This was the worst turkey sandwich I had ever had in my life. It tasted like chemicals. I wondered if I was having a stroke and started smelling the air to see if my taste buds were off. The fact that people buy enough sandwiches to keep subway in business makes me feel the downfall of civilization is nigh. It makes me question my role in society... The thought of how awful that sandwich tasted fills me with existential dread.

horrible service. i didn’t even get a sandwich after the way the conversation started. i am baffled. the gas station workers themselves are great, the subway counter worker was the opposite.
