I stopped here for a lunch later in the day, around 3pm, on Wednesday 10/30/2024.

The staff greeted me and clarified some menu options for me which helped me be more comfortable with my order. I had not been to a subway in a few years and was not familiar with the newer menu. I stopped by because my family gave me a gift cards.

As it turned out, I really enjoyed the Turkey Bacon Avocado wrap that I ordered and the service was quick. Because it was late in the day I was already very hungry and not in too good of a mood. The employees that were there helped me with the menu and got my order done quickly - which I appreciated!

Of all the subways in the area, it is the worst attended and the most unhygienic. They will be there at the time they want and they close when they want. They must respect schedules since we all measure our times to eat, rest and work. Terrible place.

Atrocious, that is the best word to describe this establishment. When you first walk in you are met with Florida temperatures—extreme heat and humidity. I would feel bad for the employees, but they are so distasteful and arrogant. After the flies buzzing around landed on my sandwich, Mr. Arrogant swatted them away like it was nothing. He then proceeded to charge me nearly $40 for TWO turkey foot-longs. What has this chain come to? They should have their food handling license taken away. Flies, dirt, carelessness. Unacceptable when paying close to forty dollars for two sandwiches. Please just do us a favor and close shop, your establishment is not doing a favor or satisfying anyone.

Don't visit this subway, their service is horrible, an angry young man served me 40 minutes before they closed and I didn't want to toast my sandwich, apart from being unfriendly, terrible service.

Even with the clean store and great location, I've never had a Subway sandwich made this poorly. As soon as I opened the packaging, the sandwich was falling apart, and it kept dripping while I tried to eat it. It was a really terrible and disappointing experience.

Place does not accept corporate coupons, never coming back. Should be disclosed on there door. Only paid because my son was hungry and waiting. Could work on training employees with customer service skills.
Veggies were a little black and they block the view from the meats and cheeses. I’d like to see what is being placed in my sandwich

Today’s experience at this store is the worst that I have ever had at Subway store. Even though the experience yesterday at this store was great because the man helped me to change the veggies and sauce that I do not want. I think this should be normal at Subway. To my opinion, Subway is popular because it flexible customization. However, the worker just refused my request with the bad attitude. She even threatened me she gonna reported the worker who helped me yesterday.

Disappointing experience at this Subway location. The customer service was subpar. At 5 pm, I was told the dining area was closed. When I asked for extra sauce, I was told I could only have three striped. Additionally, when I requested a cup of water, I was told they didn't have any available. I was unhappy with the service and will likely report this to Subway's headquarters to ensure better service in the future
