Super Antojitos, now Flakas, is a hidden gem in SoCal, serving fresh and authentic Mexican-inspired cuisine. This family-owned restaurant offers homemade dishes made with high-quality ingredients, with food that takes taste buds back to homemade/handmade grandma's cooking. The carne asada tacos are enormous and can be shared. The bean soup is a must-try, topped with fresh bacon chunks and a hint of jalapeño heat. The food is absolutely amazing, with seasoning and rice that is amazing, reminding one of mother cooking. The Chicken Mole has a perfect sauce, and the seafood was prepared exactly delicate and flavorful. Flan was delicious. The service was wonderful and they put their heart into the food and the service. The atmosphere is lively, and the flavors and atmosphere are very authentic.
