We went when it opened at 5pm, so nice and clean. Everything was fresh and top notch sushi. The kid that was our server was quiet but kind and attentive. Our rolls were quick and delicious!! Highly recommend!
My favorite sushi spot! Every time I've been in, I've had a great time, from great caring servers, to high quality fish, to delicately built plates. Hard to go wrong here. The fish can be a little pricey at times (since they're all market rate), but they do offer high quality options like chu toro, king salmon, and bluefin tuna. I’ve been going to Sushi Bear for five years and every time the food and service is 10/10. Their sushi is the freshest in all of SoCal, and the rolls are so unique! The team is as amazing as the food! They never disappoint! If you’re in SoCal and looking for sushi this is the place!! Even if you haven’t had raw fish before, Sushi Bear will convert you!!! The absolute best!!!!
