A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.

First off they forgot my chicken and secondly would not answer the phone when I tried to call to ask questions about their ingredients for the dressing. Trying to get ahold of anyone at this company is a nightmare. Their chat is slow to respond and after all the answering their popup questions they end with someone will email you in 24 hours! ??♀️ definitely won’t be visiting this store or recommending to anyone else in the area or visiting.

Each dish had a unique blend of flavors that made for a very satisfying meal. The Miso Glazed Salmon was perfectly cooked, the Crispy Rice Bowl had a delightful crunch, and the Shroomami was bursting with umami flavor.
However, we felt that the amount of dressing provided was a bit too little for the portions. A bit more dressing would enhance the flavors even further. Despite this minor issue, we found the prices to be reasonable considering the quality and freshness of the ingredients.
Overall, we are really happy to have discovered Sweetgreen and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving it a try!

We used to go to sweet green all the time in Washington DC. Now we live in OC. I went to this location recently with my wife, and it tasted terrible. It then made us sick. The service was poor too. They skipped my wife in line and took the order from the person behind her. The management here needs to be retrained or relocated or something.

Horrible service at the NYC locations: 32 Gansevoort St New York, NY. The woman working on 6/22 at 6:30pm was very rude and disrespectful. I simply asked for a straw after buying my drink and she was very nasty. This place is in a great area, but that employee should not be customer facing.
