The best! Our favorite salad and bowl go-to spot for healthy and delicious meals! And a shout out to the young guy working today who made us a fresh salad after picking our order up extremely late due to our car breaking down prior to. It’s the little things that make a difference and this young man made our day a little better with a fresh meal, huge thank you! We’ll pay it forward too!

I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

Horrible service c had an online order that was due at 415 pm & had to wait an extra 15mins for the salmon because they “ran out” honestly I call bull, the moment you realize my order needed fish is the moment it should’ve been made, I worked at sweet greens in 2017 so I know exactly how things work, they made my order last min & then notice there wasn’t any salmon, as I am waiting I was not offered a complimentary drink for my wait nor did I get the free bread that comes with my salad, dressings weren’t filled to the top, didn’t offer an extra dressing NOTHING to make me feel like I should come back here spending 17 dollars I can go anywhere but I chose to come here because I was excited to try this new location , the girl with the glasses wasn’t rude but she wasn’t the best at customer service either she just seemed like an “oh well” attitude very unfortunate that this is the only location in Orange County why didn’t the cook come out to apologize for the extra 15min wait ? That’s what they would did at the locations that I worked at ( Santa Monica/ Los Angeles ) this location has no sense of urgency or empathy for their customers.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.
Second time this has happened to us at this location. We ordered one of their bowls with chicken and there is absolutely no chicken in it! Not a single piece. It’s infuriating because we don’t notice until we get home with our take-out order. We try calling them but they don’t answer the phone. We tried contacting corporate and get no response. Completely incompetent staff
Plz give employee Laine at this location a raise. His friendly but professional attitude was so appreciated!!

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant
