I got a soft taco supreme and it was loaded. Usually you get a small taco with barely any filling ....but this one was one of the best I've had.

I asked for two beef hard shell tacos at 7:30 am just to get home and had to return because I was given 2 bean tacos. I was purposely given 2 bean hard shell tacos. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but I’m black and it seems that even though I’m kind I’m always given the wrong order. This location needs to train the workers to not discriminate because all paying customers are paying the salary of all employees.

On several different occasions my orders took forever to make I feel like they deleted my order and never get to it don’t order from the app at this location if you don’t wanna sit and wait for nearly 30 mins. Last time I come to this location.

The service is really bad cause i played the order 20+ minutes ago through the mobile app but when i got there the guy first of all didn’t trust me cause he asked me to see my phone and then he said he barely placed the order to be made. I guess i will stop coming to this location since i was disrespected and order wasn’t even started on. I got my order 40 minutes after ordering through the Mobile app.

Taco Bell has an extensive vegetarian menu (see pictures), in addition to its regular menu. Service score doesn’t impact your overall score because it’s 100% self service.

First time to a Taco Bell in over a decade. I ordered on the app and picked it up in the drive-thru. Ordering on the app had no apparent value in terms of speed of order preparation. Some stupid AI bot tried to take my order or something when I first got there. It was like trying to yell at an auto attendant on the phone to get them to put a human on the speaker.

I haven't had Taco Bell for a while because I prefer del Taco. I still do. Taco Bell's taco meat is just a little too rank. I will say: their offerings were fairly filling, especially with a discount for using the app for the first time.

I will probably only go back for the same reason I chose it this time: it was the most convenient thing on the way home and I didn't want to get out of my car
