I purchased a Turkey Loaf Meal, at the Whole Food Market, at the District, Tustin, CA. I want to commend the Cashier, Alex and her Supervisor, Katie. The container used for the meal was not beneficial, because, the lid did not stay secure and as a result, the food was exposed to the shopping cart. Alex attempted to secure the container with tape, but, to no avail. I expressed my frustration to Katie and she demonstrated excellent customer service and provided me with a fresh meal and reusable bag which was ideal. The Whole Foods Market, at the District, Tustin, California, has 2 outstanding Employees, which are Assets, to the Establishment and they need to be recognized. Katie should be rewarded, financially, too. I am a very grateful and satisfied Customer and Consumer.
