The voice box in drive thru sounds muffled and the lady got my order wrong. when I got to the window I confirmed my order with the guy working the window and corrected it. However the manager needed to clear it in the system which took longer and yes they ask for tip. Which I don't do for fast food. The burger was sloppy and not that great l. The fries were warm and tasted kinda like freezer burn.

One of my favorite burger joints! Started in Santa Barbara in 1969. They offer so much more than just burgers though. There's chicken, fish, a veggie burger, and salads. Large selection of sides too from the classic French fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings, and tempura green beans. All of them are so good! You can even get a 1/2 & 1/2 order of two sides. My usual is the thick and juicy charburger with their grilled caramelized onions. They have a new limited time Grown-Up Meal which gives you a full size burger, 1/2 portion of fries, a regular drink, and a mini burger gummy candy for dessert. I will be ordering this meal for as long as they have it! Everything here is super fresh, super delicious, and super filling! Can't wait for my next one!

Use to be one of my favorites, don't think I'll return due to the price increase on the menu. I think they will price themselves off the corner of Newport and El Camino. Sorry but 17.00 for a burger combo is a bit much for me. I remember when that same combo was 12.00 - 13.00 and I'm sure in a few months it will hit 20.00 bucks or more.

This place is a total waste of your money. Overpriced tasteless Food is what you get when you come here. If you're craving a hamburger, go elsewhere! For what they charge, you can go to any other fast food, restaurant and get better tasting food that's less expensive! I went a while back. I thought it was subpar. I went back again and I'm convinced now that it's not good. The hamburgers are just there there's no flavor in them. They're just there to take up space and charge you money.! I should start reading reviews before I go somewhere. That already is rated to suck.
Driver thru employee told me two different totals and then charged me a different amount and added an unauthorized tip to my bill. Habit still hasn't refunded money after 3 weeks. Wouldn't recommend this location or the company.

This place is ALWAYS messing up my orders when I refuse to give tips in the drive thru! The food is uneatable because it's all made wrong or it tastes nasty and soggy. I will not be going to this place anytime when though I live down the street. I'll drive to the District from now on! I mean... when I tip my food is perfectly made... and when I don't it's not. That's bad customer service.

The best burger I have had ever since I left from home and was on the run from the fbi idk bruh I'm really it's 1:31 in the night and broad asf just eat here it's really good and the workers are slow but they just making sure everything is perfect but it is really good quality

They have an AI Drivethrough and it takes eons longer than talking to a person. I’d rather pay more for a burger (which we already do, tbh) to avoid experiencing that ever again. Won’t be using the drivethrough until that’s remedied.
