We were looking for a new breakfast/brunch spot when we discovered The Lobby Cafe via search. The cafe can be found in a high traffic area within The District at Tustin Legacy and is sandwiched between the newly opened Wagyu Factory and Fast HotPot. Service was friendly and attentive when we visited on a Saturday morning. Having said that, our entire party of four was not blown away by the menu and by what we ordered. I had the Iced Spanish Latte and the Breakfast Burrito, and my meal was good but not great. With so many breakfast options in the Tustin/Irvine area, good is not good enough. I did observe a decent flow of traffic and I hope The Lobby Cafe is able to maintain that momentum and wish them all the best.

The Lobby Cafe is such a cool new spot in the Tustin District—small, trendy, and beautifully decorated. My family and I stopped in for brunch and loved everything we tried: the breakfast burrito, eggs benedict, French toast, and wagyu burger, plus a few lattes to share.

Our standouts? Definitely the Ube French Toast, the perfectly cooked Eggs Benedict, the refreshing iced Matcha Latte, and the cozy hot Spanish Latte. Service was fast and friendly, making the whole visit even better. Bianca and her staff are young, energetic and friendly.

We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in Tustin for a delicious, laid-back brunch!

Matcha is so blend, service was bad, atmosphere is the same as fluffy fluffy pancake that used to be at this place. I will not return.

This spot just opened a month ago, and we’re so glad we stumbled upon it on our way to the movies. Highly recommend the breakfast burrito—the aioli and potatoes made it incredibly flavorful. We also tried the avocado toast and crème brûlée French toast—both were excellent!

Service was fast, and the staff was super friendly.

Such a great spot for a meal or a snack. So bright and clean inside.

The service was spot on super friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed right when we entered and checked on throughout the meal.

They have outdoor seating so it's great for those perfect days you wanna hang outside or bring along your fur baby.

The food was perfectly cooked and so delicious. The crispy chicken was so flavorful! The eggs benedict was made perfectly. To be honest their side salad was a-mazing! Who knew a side salad could be so tasty? Absolutely loved my matcha!

Was told that soon they will offer bakery products so I will for sure be back for that! Afternoon tea date!

It was a great experience! We were looking for a place open early in the morning and found The Lobby Cafe. Our server Daniel was also great! He was helpful and gave us recommendations on what to order. We ordered the Denver omelette, crème brûlée french toast, breakfast burrito, matcha latte, and hojicha latte. Everything was delicious and we didn’t have to wait a long time for the food to come. Would definitely come back!

New brunch spot in the district! We got the fried chicken croffle, Ube French toast, and salmon eggs Benedict.

I love how the croffle is so flakely and chewy, the fried chicken has a nice crunch, portion is huge so good to share. The salmon eggs benedict is flavorful. They both come with salad and potato’s on the side, which is a good balance.

The double matcha and strawberry matcha is a good drink to add on!

Interior is clean. Service is attentive, thank you Bianca for serving us!

New brunch spot that just opened in Tustin! I tried a little bit of everything and everything was delicious. My favorite was the loaded Wagyu burger and the fried chicken croffle with their sweet chili sauce. It so good. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

You found the perfect brunch spot in Tustin that hits the specific Asian taste note of “Not Too Sweet”! Just opened at the District in Orange County. Welcome to the Lobby Cafe! They’re known for their matcha and spectacular sandwiches. Seats fill up fast so get there early. We started off with the Spanish latte served up hot. It’s got notes of honey and cinnamon with a coffee finish. The strawberry matcha latte combines the sweetness of strawberry, milk, and matcha flavors. I can see why it’s a best seller. Next up is my personal favorite, the ube matcha latte. The nutty vanilla flavor of the ube mixes great with the rest of the latte. You need this. The shrek latte has matcha, brown sugar, and cinnamon. It reminds me of the brown sugar boba drinks but elevated with cinnamon and matcha. The ube French toast uses brioche bread, ube filling, mixed berries, and fresh whipped cream. It’s a 10/10 in my book. The fried chicken sandwich has a brioche bun, chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato, pickles, with a side of chips. So crispy and juicy! Now the loaded Wagyu burger is my favorite! Brioche bun, Australian Wagyu patty, bacon, avocado, fried egg, lettuce, tomato, onion, chipotle aioli, cheese, and waffle fries. Do I need to say more? We’ll finish the meal off a plate of crème brûlée French toast. Creamy bite with a touch of sweetness. The strawberries adds some acidity to keep it from being too sweet. Fast and friendly service.
