Grade A matcha latte. I cannot express how much I appreciated the detail and care that went into to this drink. Hand made not pre sweetened just a great balance of everything. This place knows what matcha should be.

Apparently, walk-in customers are less important than online orders. The one employee working told me I'd have to wait to order until she finished a large online order. I would think customers physically present would take precedence over online customers, but apparently not. Once I waited and finally got my latte, it was good. Disappointing that customers are treated this way, especially as parking is free for the first 10 minutes, yet I was told I had to wait for 10 minutes to be served.

What’s Up OC Fun Events
The Lost Bean in Tustin is a cool spot to grab some coffee and hang out. The coffee was good, and the atmosphere had a relaxed, inviting vibe. I was looking forward to trying their chai, but unfortunately, it wasn't ready when I visited, even though it's on the menu. Still, it's a nice place to chill, and I'll definitely be back to see if I can catch the chai next time!

I love this place! Great neighborhood hangout spot. It is summer and so I usually get an herbal iced tea unsweetened. Friendly, welcoming staff. Support a local business! There is also a table near the door for community flyers and such.

The Mess Hall is a wonderful location...plenty of very comfortable seating, both indoor and outdoor, with top-notch lavatories and plenty of parking. The Lost Bean found within is the cornerstone, featuring a spacious, open feeling. It is bright and clean and all food & beverage options are readily observable. The service has always been friendly and knowledgeable, from Shawn-of-the-Dead (no longer with that location) to the ever-gregarious Michelle. My slightly complex orders have always been made with craft and care, brewed and presented to perfection. Even on those rare occasions when being slammed by a line, the crew attitude stays calm and helpful. Patience pays as the end result is worth the wait. Finding the Lost Bean is definitely worth the search. I highly recommend this location above all others.

Great coffee shop!Coffee is excellent, fresh and Organic. I especially love the nitro cold brew. The outdoor seating is perfect when the weather’s nice. Always greeted with a warm friendly welcome by my Baristas, Michelle and Lily. Ive been to the other Lost Bean locations which are nice but I come to Flight because the amazing customer service!
Michelle made the best unsweetened Almond Milk Chai I have ever had!!! Delicious ? no sugar vegan Chai!!! Best ever!!! Thanks Michelle !!!

I love this place! Michelle is always so welcoming and friendly and she really does know everyone’s coffee order :) Also the coffee here never tastes burnt and the baristas are so quick to help out customers and make sure orders get out in a timely manner! My fav local coffee shop :)

This place has good coffee, but so do many other coffee shops in OC. However, I like this place for 3 reasons:1) Michelle is the best. When I’m getting coffee I feel like I’m catching up with a friend, not just ordering from a barista.2) they brew organic coffee and have gluten free pastry options - which is a bonus from a health standpoint.3) it’s inside the Mess Hall @ FLIGHT (an upscale food court), so there’s always plenty of seating, and good spots for lunch.
