So sad to see the school is no longer active, it was the best one in the area, in southern California there is no many pastry schools, and chef Stephane is one of the best, hopefully they will open again

Everything is so delicious in here. I am a huge chocolate lover and this store has everything one needs. Whether you’re looking to treat yourself to a warm pastry off the over, buying a special chocolate ? case or a box of macaroons. The best part is that they offer classes to their patrons so they too can make their most favorite treats at home. I spent more than I thought I would, but every item was worth buying. Definitely recommend it to everyone. The lady behind the counter was so warm and welcoming. She made a great impression and walked me through the store with so much joy and passion.

Stumbled on this little gem one Saturday on my way from Jiffy Lube. There was a line outside so I figured it must be yummy so I checked it out and I wasn’t disappointed! I wanted to taste everything I saw! Tried the almond croissant ? which was heavenly! It’s the best one I’ve tasted so far! The blueberry pastry is very buttery and not overly sweet. Love the ham & cheese scone - moist, just the right combination of cheese & ham … super savory. The canele is crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside, sooo good! The matcha financier is buttery, & sweet & I can taste real matcha flavor. The chocolate croissant is very flaky … it’s like biting into a crunchy pillow of perfect chocolate goodness. Stephane & Chihiro, owners & pastry chefs are very friendly and accommodating. I can say that I found my new favorite pastry shop! ?

The Best Pastry! As soon as you walk in, you get a warm welcome from Chef Chihiro who is a very nice lady! I found the place while searching for a birthday cake from a french patisserie. I tried the croissants and they are indeed The Authentic, flaky, light and simply deliciously irresistible! My children and husband liked the viennoiserie just like me. I could not resist not taking the 3 full day viennoiserie class. Chef Stephane is a great chef who kindly and generously taught us with humour, made us tried the different ingredients, chocolates, and walked us through all the steps. It was 3 fun days learning from The Chef who uses only the finest ingredients. You learn to appreciate even more when you purchase their delicacies because you know how much care and patience went into baking such fine gateaux. I recommend you to try the place if you are searching for fine pastries on a Friday or Saturday since these are the only 2 days the School and Shop is open. Thank you Chef Chihiro and Chef Stephane!
