The ambience is great and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint was the "American Wagyu" steak which they served me and my dad. It was for my dad's 74th birthday. I couldn't believe how tough the meat was and barely any marbling. I was confused at first thinking they served us the wrong steak but it turns out it is sourced from Snake River Farms. Wonderful meal enjoyed at The Winery. Celebrating a friends Birthday and our server, Austin, did an amazing job. Thank you for the excellent service, delicious food and wonderful hospitality (always receive a special welcome from William). GREAT EVENING.
JC, William and thier Chef, as partners have created a masterpiece in fine dining and wine. Everyone from the busy boys, Servers, bartenders, managers are next level trained. OC's best.
