Winery Tustin is an absolute win. The Chilean sea bass is a must—I had it blackened and it was straight-up bomb: perfectly cooked, buttery inside with just the right kick on the crust. Great wine selection, polished vibe, and a dish I'm still thinking about. 🍷🔥
1st request was Pellegrino, regular water was brought instead. 2nd, ordered grilled seabass with brandy/peppercorn sauce on the side. Received saluted seabass with garlic/lemon sauce on top. They did offer to exchange for the correct order however our other dish was already served and that would have been an extra delay. In my opinion for a total of $335.00 (including wine and tip) for the 2 of us these mistakes shouldn't have happened. I've had better at other restaurants...
My wife and I enjoyed dinner for our anniversary, but prefer the ambiance at their Newport Beach location. Lighting could have dimmer to provide a nicer atmosphere with mood lighting for an evening dinner.
