Cute place with a good selection of options on the menu but avoid if you need a quick stop. We waited almost 30mins for our food although the restaurant wasn’t busy at all and still didn’t get one item ordered and they got the order incorrect on one entree. After asking, they remade our egg but we were pretty much done eating at the time. We were offered a $5 discount after we pointed out how long we waited and all the inconsistencies with our order. I suggest more staff training needed to provide a better customer experience.

Crowded and popular. Menu does rotate. Creative options. Has adult drinks! Patio is closed during winter which is kind of a bummer in so cal.

The STAFF are friendly, productive, helpful and attentive. The decor and vibe inside is cool. The wife got UBE BLUEBERRY FRENCH TOAST. She destroyed her plate and loved it. I got a minute taste and I can see why. I opted for the ORANGE CHICKEN AND WAFFLE w/vanilla butter (specks of vanilla bean in it) and maple syrup. The chicken was nicely cooked and it had a thicker darker tasty breaded crust on it. The butter is not sweet or overly bold with vanilla but vanilla is a softer scent and flavor oftentimes. It adds a very nice touch to this combo of sniffs and tastes. A great rendition of this brunch classic. RATING = A VANILLA LATTE (HOT): -- good vanilla sniff and taste -- quality coffee -- I have never heard of Jone's Coffee Roasters but I saw the bag on their shelving so I will look into it online. They have other tasty beverages they offer including alcoholic creations. The lines are not short, especially on a Saturday, so plan accordingly. Thankfully they under promised and over delivered on the wait time so we ate sooner than anticipated.

Breakfast burrito: 9/10 - super big, filling, cheese melts in your mouth. It's a little heavy on the eggs - wish it had more of the meat. Chicken and waffles: 10/10 - the chicken was cooked nearly to perfection, and the waffles were good. Their butter is fluffy and smooth without feeling heavy.

It's my first time visiting this brunch place and their menu is super exciting and delicious. The Ube French toast is sweet and yummy. The pandan latte is creamy and flavorful (and sweet!). Chicken waffle was huge! Super yummy too, which we were very happy about... until we cut into the middle of the thick chicken and it was unfortunately still pink. We thankfully didn't get an upset stomach but it's something to be aware of. We saw another reviewer having the same issue with their chicken. Service was prompt and super friendly. Very casual spot. We would give this place another chance.

I went during the week for breakfast so it wasn't crowded. I would imagine a place like this would get crowded during the weekends. Staff were very helpful with their menu and the food was amazing. I'm definitely going back to try other items on the menu. It's an Asian/ American fusion of breakfast. I had the pork belly with butter rice which the waiter recommended. It was very flavorful and light.

The food was very good. The ambiance was great and the service was good. We waited about 30 minutes for our food. I ordered the carnita chilaquiles and they were okay. Probably would try something different next time.

The ambiance was serene and the staff were very attentive. The breakfast was delicious. We had the pork belly bowls and the Ube French toast. I would come back when I visit this area again.
