Which Wich Tustin (The Market Place)

This location is really bad...poor service. We came to get sandwiches and I needed to wash my hands before ordering. They wouldn't give me the code to their restroom without the receipt. We went to Piadina instead...much better service and I got to wash my hands before ordering. Food at Piadina is great.

Food tasted alright, was prepared terribly with no meat it was a vegetable sandwich essentially, service was disaster. There is a young tall lady that couldn’t care less when she looks at you and when you are ordering. They put two slices of turkey in a sandwich and charge $19 for the large. Can’t see this place lasting any longer.

Fountain drinks barely work and taste terrible due to buildup and mold inside.

Place is really busted I can make a sandwich at home for 2 dollars that tastes 100x better

Place is very run down and bathroom stinks like poop. Everything is dirty, chairs are all ripped, gum all over the floor, I mean come on this isn’t a public restroom I come here to eat.

Don’t recommend you eat here, fountain machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long, bathroom is very very dirty and the food was alright. They barely put any meat and charge you very expensive for a sandwich. The young lady at the front could care less about you and she looks like she is doing you a favor.

Terrible customer service, terrible food, rude employee.
Ordered curbside pickup, but phone calls go unanswered and employee lies about it.

Several times I go in there, they're out of avocado or even bread(???) or whatever.
ALso, staff were okay earlier but now they seem extra ticked having to tell everyone they're out of stuff and get attitude.

Not a great experience. Sandwiches are small and just ok. Fountain drinks had a funny taste. Our 1st time here, the place was empty, and the staff not very helpful.

I know a lot of locations have closed in Southern California. I used to really enjoy Which Wich but it’s beyond disgusting since the downsize. They literally use plastic turkey and cheese in their sandwich’s which makes me sick even thinking about it. The quality of their ingredients is appalling. They have lost a customer.

I used to come here a bunch and they definitely lost me as a customer. I ordered a sandwich and fries, and the fries were taking a long time. Turns out the machine was broken, and instead of telling me they let me wait for over 20 minutes. I had to approach them and ask what was going on and eventually they gave up on the fries. No rush, no apology, nothing. Totally unprofessional and the food I got was bad too.
