Low stars for the service. I understand that we are in a time of staff shortages, however I don't believe this to be the case. I wanted to love this restaurant, but will not return, based on the service. Our party of six (three adults / 3 children) ordered three starters; two different types of noodles and a meat and vegie dish. We got the vegie tempura in a reasonable time, waiting on the other two starters. Then was served both of the noodle dishes a bit later. Served the noodles; (chow fun and Singapore noods) to the kids (10, 8 and 4). Was expecting the meat dish and vegies to follow right after with the noods. We were hungry, we finished both the noods. If we waited for the meat, the noodles would've been cold. Still NO meat or vegies, I had to ask multiple servers/runners, where was our other dishes; especially the other two starters!! Finally our server came to the table and served the meat and vegies and said she didn't know what happened, she blamed it all on the kitchen staff. I don't believe this was the case; I observed three other parties that came in after us and they all got their orders on time, together and before us. Mind you at this point we are STILL WAITING ON THE OTHER TWO STARTERS. Finally the edamame came, after the meat was served, but NO DUMPLINGS ever came. By that time forget it!! No apologies or owning any responsibility for her horrible service. No adjustment to our bill. To add insult to this horrible service; took the vegies as a to-go (we were in there a long time already) - the vegie entrée had so much liquid, that it spilled out of the package all over the floor of the car carpet; the smell of garlic, black bean sauce was not pleasant to smell the next day.

I'm so glad my family and I came to this restaurant. Sharon and the waiter were amazing, not to mention that the food is also great. We will be coming back to this restaurant for sure. I wish I could add pictures but food was gone by the time I'm writing this review. My daughters are very picky eaters and they finished all the food we ordered. Best restaurant we have visited.

Originally ordered takeout, but power was lost due to heavy wind. I called the restaurant and asked if we could dine in even though it was near closing time, and they didn't hesitate to accommodate our request. I ordered a bunch of different plates, and my favorite had to be the honey walnut shrimp. Also ordered a dish that had the szechuan peppercorns, which gives your mouth the numbing sensation which I love and is hard to get where I'm from. Would definitely come back if I was in town again.

Just stop by couple days ago, the food is very good tast with gret amount. Very beautiful internior design, super clean. Parking is right next. so happy to enjoy a plesent meals with friends that we did not see for over 2 years due to the Covid, will to there often.

Gross!!!!!! Omgg my first time at wokanos was the one on Santa Ana! Boy this location is nothing like that one! The food quality is different! It’s not the same as I had in Santa Ana. And I ordered the same items! It’s so disappointing that a restaurant with the name WOK cano FRIED RICE & noodles don’t have a bit of the authentic wok flavor or wok hei! Like come on!Orange chicken was different than the pics I’ve seen online and what I had at the Santa Ana location.Santa Ana location actually used chicken breast and it was was real chicken! Tustin location seems to use frozen chicken bites so nasty!Calamari was not fresh frozen and full of bread! Garlic shrimp taste like cheap farm raised shrimp.Walked in no one was there to greet us! Another party had to go find the server and he finally came to seat us.He tries his best probably not his fault but he slow and the only one helping 4 tables! Another party had to chase him down to take our orders.The drinks finally came out after we asked if we can even order and they sodas and lemonade taste like TAP WATER!!! So gross! And cheap that a place like this that charges $18+ for and entree would not use filtered water in the soda machine!! So cheap!! And unfair! You couldn’t pay me to. One back here or any other wokanos I am turned off!REPLY TO THE OWNER BELOW:Why would you offer another dish when I only like certain things and if you guys can’t get that right I definitely would not want to try anything else!If you actually read my review you would have seen I said your location food was prepared and taste way different to the location in Santa Ana so how is it you do things according to Wokanos clearly that’s a lie!Another lie you told you said when I arrived it was Labor Day not true I said in my review it was only 3 other parties it was NOT BUSY in there at all, & the service was still horrible!You made a bunch of invalid excuses and took no accountability! Next time take time to read the review that way your reply makes sense!

Very nice restaurant and food was fantastic. Servers were very friendly and attentive they knew their menu well. Food was outstanding, and a bit much to eat in one sitting, but great to take home for later. A New Spin on eating Chinese Food.

We ordered the Smokey Sunset Roll was the best sushi roll I have ever eaten in my life!!! The staff was so attentive and my drink never got below 1/2 full. Our server Sharon was amazing and super helpful when making decisions on what to order. Thank you Wokcano!!!
