When I first went there the employees were rude and sloppy. But what really surprised me was they didn’t provide free samples. as a consumer who loves yogurt, I was disappointed so I left. Next time I would at least recommend this organization to tell the employees to ask the customer if they are actually going to buy. If so give then give a sample.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Yogurtland location.
I went in and ordered my usual: plain tart yogurt with almonds. I paid, walked out, and after one spoonful I immediately noticed the almonds tasted terrible and clearly bad. I went back inside to politely let the cashier know that the almonds were spoiled.
Instead of handling the issue professionally, the situation got worse. The cashier relayed the issue to another employee, who responded to me in Spanish saying, “If you’re going to get it, get another one, but if it tastes bad again I’m not replacing it.” Her tone and attitude were extremely rude and dismissive. I felt very uncomfortable by the way I was spoken to, so I chose to leave rather than continue the interaction. As I was walking out, both employees began laughing, which felt incredibly disrespectful.
The next day, my daughter called the store on my behalf to ask for the manager’s name, as we planned to email customer service. The employee who answered immediately became defensive and demanded to know why. My daughter explained that we simply needed the manager’s name for an email. She was told they “can’t give out anyone’s information,” which makes no sense—we were asking for a name, not personal details. The employee continued to push for an explanation of the incident, which was unnecessary since she was neither the manager nor the owner.
Eventually, we were told this is a franchise, the shift lead’s name is Janet, and the employee on the phone identified herself as Jay.
Between serving spoiled toppings and the consistently poor, defensive, and disrespectful customer service, this location seriously needs better training and accountability. I will not be returning.
They never disappoint, you always know what you're getting
My experience was great. As a kid I love it. J was so nice, she also explained how can I the coupons I brought. I ❤ it
Hands down!! This location has become the one to visit! Toppings are always on point!! Clean well organized!! The staff is great and super friendly, my daughter loves J!!! I come to often that the staff knows what I get.. my plain tart with strawberry’s and my daughter gets rich chocolate with gummy bears!
Great and reliable!
I’ve never left a review before, but this experience was so upsetting that I feel like people should know. I went into this Yogurtland with my grandpa, just planning to try a couple samples before deciding if we wanted to buy. That’s normal in frozen yogurt shops—sampling is the whole point so you can choose what flavor you want.
When I got a sample and then my elderly grandpa politely got one too, the employee immediately gave us attitude and was very rude. This treatment of an elderly customer was unacceptable. I’m sharing this so others are aware, and I hope corporate investigates and addresses this behavior. She acted like we were doing something wrong and started getting visibly upset with us. It was incredibly rude and uncomfortable, especially considering my grandpa is older and was just trying to enjoy a simple outing. Instead of welcoming customers, she treated us like we were a burden.
To make matters worse, the yogurt itself was watery and soupy, not at all the creamy consistency you expect from a place like this. Because of that, we decided not to purchase anything—and that’s when her attitude got even worse. She seemed angry that we didn’t buy, even though the product wasn’t good.
Overall, it was such an unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I left feeling embarrassed for even bringing my grandpa there. I would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone, especially if you care about being treated with basic kindness and respect. There are plenty of other frozen yogurt places where the staff actually appreciate their customers.
The best Yogurtland store I’ve been to. Thanks to the gentleman who served us on the 4th of September 🙏🌹

No sample cups and also we came an hour before closing and all the yogurt was runny and melted. They said it's be cause the mixers were turned off for closing but we came at 9 and they close at 10. Don't come here!
Policy changes, no free samples, New ownership and found out they fired some amazing employees like Paul. He went above and beyond for me and my kids, even gave them stickers. I want to give 0 Stars, but can't so I won't be coming back. Things need to change. This place is ridiculous.
Would rate 0 if I could. Since going under new ownership the store has gone downhill. The employees were amazing. Especially Paul. He goes above and beyond for everyone. But with policies changing and not having sample cups is bs. I will not be coming back.
The place was very clean
Service was very professional and very friendly
I will go there again and again
My family and I love coming to Yogurtland, and Paul makes the experience even better! He’s incredibly friendly, hardworking, and great with my kids—he even gave them stickers, which made their day. The store is always spotless, and they have the best selection of candy toppings. Definitely our favorite frozen yogurt spot!
