Yogurtland Tustin

No sample cups and also we came an hour before closing and all the yogurt was runny and melted. They said it's be cause the mixers were turned off for closing but we came at 9 and they close at 10. Don't come here!

Policy changes, no free samples, New ownership and found out they fired some amazing employees like Paul. He went above and beyond for me and my kids, even gave them stickers. I want to give 0 Stars, but can't so I won't be coming back. Things need to change. This place is ridiculous.

Would rate 0 if I could. Since going under new ownership the store has gone downhill. The employees were amazing. Especially Paul. He goes above and beyond for everyone. But with policies changing and not having sample cups is bs. I will not be coming back.

My family and I love coming to Yogurtland, and Paul makes the experience even better! He’s incredibly friendly, hardworking, and great with my kids—he even gave them stickers, which made their day. The store is always spotless, and they have the best selection of candy toppings. Definitely our favorite frozen yogurt spot!

The tastes are incredibly vibrant, ranging from fruity notes to the silky smoothness of peanut butter and chocolate, all within a tidy and well-organized space.

The staff was friendly. However something about the store being completely empty on a buy one get one free day felt a little off. Maybe it was the time of the season but I wasn't too fond with the selection of yogurts either.

The worker is very mean he is on his phone while working and not answering me when I ask him a question and is over charging customers.

2/6/24: I asked about the buy one get one free promotion, which I heard of from TikTok. I asked the manager, Paul (he is pictured below and has no name tag; we asked for his name), if this location was doing the promotion. He stated, “No, we are not participating.” I asked again to clarify as I was slightly confused— “So, you aren’t doing the promotion?” He responded with a no. I exited the store, at which point my mother had arrived. I am a high schooler, and because I know Paul has denied service to my friends before, I asked my mother to double check that the promotion was not available. When my mother asked Paul for the promotion, he said, “Yes, we have the promotion.” I was dumbfounded and quite upset. We ended up getting our yogurt, and when my mother questioned why he refused us service, he said it was simply because we are highschoolers and we will make him “lose money.” I asked him about the promotion to BUY, I never asked for samples. Paul is completely ageist— I rarely ever go to this location because he is a repeat offender of discrimination towards teenagers— it is completely unfair that he would assume we would harm his business when high schoolers are his main income.

Rudest guy ever. I eat yogurtland once sometimes twice a week, and i’ve spent so much money. I go to yogurtland to buy some yogurt, but haven’t used the restroom since the morning, and i asked him what’s the code and the guy said only customers get the code. He literally sees me buy yogurt every week. Who is gonna get yogurt before they use t he bathroom. This is not a big deal, but it actually upset me.
