If I could leave ZERO stars I would but anyways, I went to yoshinoya with my family and used the drive thru. We ordered one of each bowl besides the small bowl. All the bowls we got were the same and the XL Combo had the same amount of meat as the regular combo. Our gyoza was burnt and had zero flavor and they didn’t even put sauce in the bag. The chicken was also burnt and dry. We spent almost 60 dollars just to be disappointed. WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE THRU/ RESTAURANT.

Night staff be so rude, Denise Gonzalez especially, she laughed and refused to give me my order or a refund. I placed my order for pickup, and she said they would not make my order. 5th time this has happened.

I made a mistake with my online order. The staff, Anna, Edgar, and Denise, were very helpful to make sure the order was corrected. The food that I got was was generous in proportion and made right! I appreciate how clean the place is and its helpful and friendly staff.

It has been a long while since I last visited this location. Back then the food portions was very meager, but it has completely been corrected now.
