This time I see online that “rewards member $29.95” “Happy Hour 20% off everything” so I assume if i go to Mon-Friday lunch I would get a $24 ish AYCE
Tried to call to confirm but phone number is invalid.
Had to actually go there. You know what, when we arrived and want to confirm the information, a waiter that speaks poor English (which is understandable) told us the $29.95 only applies to the leftest column and yes 20% off can be applied now (1:30pm when we arrived). I pointed out that beef bulgogi is not even within the column… Then I grabbed another waiter. He told us that $29.95 applies to the full menu but 20% off is only for drinks…
??? how can the waiters not even know the deal and how can the menu posted online to be so misleading???

We used to love coming here — every time we had a chance, we chose Zip Korean BBQ because it was always so delicious. Unfortunately, during our recent visit, the experience was disappointing. The meat wasn’t good — some cuts were too dry, others were overly marinated. The kimchi didn’t taste the same, and even the corn with cheese was overcooked. It feels like something has changed, maybe the supplier or the recipes. Sadly, it’s just not the same Zip Korean BBQ we loved, and we won’t be returning.

Food is great. Service is decent. Beer is cold. I do wish they had a Yelp to view a waitlist and check the estimated wait time. I’d help them out in setting it up if the owner or manager was interested. Wait line is written down on a piece of paper. Works but is not efficient.
I’m very disappointed with the recent changes to the menu. My favorite beef tongue is now only included in the most expensive option, which feels unfair. The tofu soup was also a letdown—less flavor and no beef in it anymore.
Three months ago, when the all-you-can-eat option returned, I was really happy and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and worth the price. But this time, it feels like everything has downgraded, and the prices have gone up. It’s truly disappointing.

i love this place! i came here when i visited my friends and the service is so quick and the workers are super welcoming. quality of meats are good and there’s a nice selection of appetizers. not my favorite kbbq place i’ve ever been to but definitely one of my tops. can’t wait to go back!
