The lady at counter grabbed wrong stuff for me and charged me $1 for “customized item” without telling me first. When asked about it she told me that was $1 additional charge for credit card. Pretty ridiculous since there’s no sign that says “cash only” or “minimum CC charge is XX”.

Is a shame that they don't know how to make a 3-milk cake. I just ordered half of the tray of this with strawberries and peaches, and I never looked at the peaches. The strawberries were barely noticeable, and the bread was completely dry without any milk. Please do not offer it if you do not know how to make it.

Went this morning Tuesday around 9am it wasn’t busy at all. Plenty of parking. It smelled great. Lots of options. Most items $2.50 each. I got a few different things: concha’s, cookies and corner sponge cake. The corner sponge cake I am sure that’s not its actual name but that’s my to go Mexican bakery item. It’s was delicious. The perfect combination of sweetness and freshness. Not dry at all spongee and hits the sugar craving needs without over powered sweetness. Will come back. Only reason I’d not give it a 5 star was person who helped me out was very serious and not welcoming at all. They make delicious baked goods. Check it out. Maybe next time I go I’ll get a smile.
I stopped in the other day and had a great experience. When I came in, I was warmly greeted. She was on the back and said she would be up in a second, and I said it's all good, no rush. I was just looking. She emerged from the back and said hello and asked me if I had any questions to please ask. At first, I did not see the cookies but maneuvered my mobility scooter and found them. I picked a few out for my step-dad and kids and went to pay for them. She very politely asked if everything was ok with me and why i was on a scooter, which then struck up a friendly conversation about how she felt good for me and my positive attitude and knew I will be better and walking again.I really appreciated the conversation and will definitely be back.?? The cookies were just like I remembered them too.

A business that doesn’t respect a customer is a business I’ll never give my money to. ( the doña at register completely ignored me when I was next in line I was right in front of her and she helped another customer from beside, completely ignoring me. That’s terrible customer service.)

I dont usually leave reviews but I was expecting better for the prices. The bread is quite expensive compared to other places and the bread was hard. The polvorones were really hard definitely not baked the same day. The rest of the breads did not taste fresh and were pretty flavorless.
