Too expensive. A honeydew milk cost $7, their large size just like regular size in other milk tea shop but you need to paid $1.5 more to get large size. Not wroth.

Our least favorite Bambu, love the ones in San Jose and Milpitas. We ordered a #3 and #6. The cup size is smaller, ingredients not fresh. Taste totally water down and stingy on the ingredients. Can't place mt finger o. It but it's just bleh and meh. Not at all enjoyable.

When we arrived, it was dark inside and the "open" sign was not on, so we were a bit worried they were closed. Luckily, they weren't! I got #11 "Coconut Combo." The coconut flavor was a bit light, but it was not too sweet. I was pleasantly surprised by this drink, and I think it'll be my go-to from now on!

Yikes, this place is an embarrassment to other Bambu locations. The che tasted watered down and some ingredients even had hints of being stale/old. They tried to mask it with more sugar, so it's overly sweet than other Bambu spots in the South Bay. We got a pandan waffle, and something's up with their batter because it's just lackluster. Overall, a disappointment and I would not recommend coming here.

Been craving for some che dessert and this is the closest Bambu! Called to make sure its open and I think the hours on google maps needs an update. They close at 7pm! Not sure on other days though so you might wanna check ahead before going

Second time going to this location and each time they screwed up my drink leaving a ingredient out. First time I didn't bother going back like whatever but this time it happening again I went back to ask them to add red tapioca and they did but they were so rude about it and they were all laughing in the back. How disrespectful. Plus my drink was so watered down just look at the picture. Definitely worst of all the Bambu branches in the bay area.

Told us wait time was 5-7 minutes and ended up waiting for 25 mins. I normally don't mind waiting but please tell me the right wait time. Also my dessert drink wasn't good. It was watery and the pandan jelly and red tapioca tasted like it's a few days old. I've been to many bambu locations and I probably won't come back to this one.

I like the variety drinks that Bambu offered. I specifically like the ones with coconut water and a mixture of fruits and jelly. It's refreshing for the dry throat especially on a hot day! Their waffles are also delish! the original is the classic.
Bambu is pretty much a go to for my me and family. Their avocado smash is my parents favorite because of the blend of all the ingredients together. I like to try different drinks depending on my mood. The taro lover is usually my go to because of the PANDAN jelly and taro paste! Love the both of them together. The price for each item is reasonable too. About $6 a drink. The PANDAN coconut waffle is delicious. Made fresh and crispy. Good coconut pieces with each bite as well!

I wanted to share the goodness of their almond mocha coffee. I come to this place and order this drink because it's my favorite. There are other choices but I can't resist the goodness and freshness of this coffee. It makes my morning pleasant and always enjoy every sip of this drink. The combination of almond and mocha on this drink is perfect. I love the taste of coffee every morning and this drink is on top of my list. If you haven't tried it yet, come to this place and grab a cup and enjoy the flavor of this coffee.

I am a loyal customer of Bambu for more than a year already. Been saving my points to get free drinks. Cheap also, I was just paying $4.50- $5 each drink but the quality and taste are so so so great, even the aroma. Always purchasing milktea and Mango Dazzle. However last month when I purchased, I noticed my points were gone and mentioned it to the staff (looks like the owner herself). She just said, "I don't know what happen". I asked how can I redeem it back? She just smiled and said again "I don't know why like that"And then today, I purchased again. They increased price and no free toppings anymore :( (sad) It used to be 2-3 free kinds of toppings but now .50c each kind. I paid $14 for 2 drinks today :( Both are tasteless. Even my husband noticed it and didn't finished his drinks :( He used to finished the drinks all the way to the bottom and toppings (Attached image for the left over drinks).Hope the taste will be back just like last time and the promos or deals or maybe even the loyalty points :(

I just ordered Number 1, Bambu special, im just sitting inside and ive been waiting for my order for ages. They been giving their orders to other customers whose orders are late, im ahead of them. So disappointed and on top of that there's a lot of people, I don't know their limit to nunber of people. Not safe
