Loved the mango flavor ice cream

I recently visited the newly remodeled Baskin Robbins, and I was thoroughly impressed! The updated space looks brand new, with stylish decor that creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Everything was spotless, clean, and well-organized, making the experience even more enjoyable. The fresh new look really enhances the overall vibe of the store, and I can't wait to come back for more ice cream treats. Highly recommend checking it out!

Parking: Just be careful if the visit is at night, people in this particular area love to steal and damage cars in the parking lot. There is not enough security or adequate safety.

I have had a couple bad things happen to my car. And other patrons race through the parking lot without any concern of anyone walking in it.

Let me start off by saying that this review is in no way a reflection on the service that I received at this location, because the service was impeccable. It was the ice cream that was average, and you know my motto, the final rating is always based on the core product. In this case the core product is the quality of the ice cream, or to be specific, a milkshake.

I stopped by this location right before I went to review the Cinemark at Union Landing, and I was surprised to find that there was almost no one here in the middle of a heatwave. Because I was pretty much the only person there I took the time to have a great conversation with the young lady working behind the counter. She gave me perfect instructions on everything that Baskin-Robbins had to offer.

Keep in mind, I haven't been to a Baskin Robbins since I was a kid, but not a lot has changed. They still have lots of ice cream served in different ways that include cakes, milkshakes, and of course traditional scoops. I myself, have recently become a fan of milkshakes.

You might have read my review about the milkshake shop in downtown San Jose, so maybe I've become a little spoiled in this regard. The only problem is that Baskin-Robbins' specialty is ice cream related delicacies, and that has to ultimately include milkshakes.

The selection wasn't huge, so I expected the ones that they do serve to be of pretty high quality. I was severely disappointed. After receiving a wonderful explanation from the person behind the counter, I decided to go with a coffee-based milkshake to make sure I could stay awake during the Tom Cruise's latest Mission Impossible epic.

The woman working there said she had been working there for years, so I have to assume she made the drink correctly, but when the milkshake was delivered it seemed to be missing almost everything I've come to expect from the delicacy.

The cup top was rounded with a large hole, filled with whip cream, then ruined by a regular straw. The flavor started out balanced, then quickly degraded into an poorly balanced ratio, leaving almost 1/3 of my beverage undrinkable. Another reminder that my straw wasn't serving its intended purpose.

I finished as much of the shake without much fanfare, and honestly, there wasn't much more to the interaction other than some pleasant conversation and an average shake. In the end it's three stars.

went for a bossy, the person who prepared it added too much ice to the glass where they make the smoothie. The mangoneada had no flavor at all, just the flavor of the tajin that they add to it. They sold me ice with tajin. very bad experience

Service is horrible. The first time I was here , they denied sampling citing unavailability of "sampling" spoon. They however had spoons they gave me with my scoop. Next time they couldn't deny me a sample because they were handing out samples to the guys in front. But she had to tell me that I am allowed only one sample per person. I didn't even ask for another sample, so not sure why she had to say that. As far as I am aware , there is no limit of samples we could have before deciding on the scoop . Both times I was with my kid and didn't argue with them.Clearly the ladies are either racist towards me or are rude in general. I am going to go with racist because the white men in front of me were not told about the limit of samples they could have. Going through other reviews, it's evident that only brown skinned people have had bad experiences here. So the ladies who work here are definitely racist.I am definitely going to skip this place even though it's the closest ice cream for me.

The ice cream is most scrumpdidylitiocious! It’s a bit expensive here though. We got single cups of the pistachio almond, very berry strawberry, and triple mango. I thought the bag for them would be one of those nice reusable bags since it costs extra but no it’s just a weak paper bag. However, the service was fine and they did not hold back on the scoops!
