Have been coming here for years never did I ever expect for the so called manager to be so rude. My son called to place an order 2hrs before they close and was declined my the manager. I called the restaurant and no explanation but “she dosnt have to take any orders if she didn’t want to and what” was given to me. This is how business go down for individuals like this. Customer service is key and respect to all people is key if you don’t like your job in the restaurant/customer service industry then leave.

First time here. Great pizza! Will come back again. Did take-out. It was going to take 20 mins to bake so got there right about the time it was ready. Unfortunately there was a long line. (I figured that was a good sign though so was fine waiting.) My bad for not realizing it was lunch hour so it might be busy. So 20 mins later finally got my pizza. Will remember for next time.

Good food great service only thing is there's a strong mold smell by bathrooms

This has been a childhood favorite, and I came to meet friends from out of town. This was a meeting spot then and remains. The food is amazing and the old time atmosphere makes it that much more at home. From slices to specialties, no matter what you order, it will not disappoint.

I'm a frequent customer because they have great ingredients, fair prices and overall what I look for in a great pizza place.
Every one of their specials is great, find what you like and you should be pleased, I usually enjoy a different one each time.

It's just not the same...something is just not right. I grew up on this pizza.

I've been coming here for 25 years and things have changed but the food and atmosphere is still great , and always have a good time enjoying my food with friends and family each time we visit .

Been going here since I was a kid and the food and vibe has never changed. Very generous with toppings and the staff is always polite. Hope they stick around forever

If you're ever in Union City, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to Bronco Billy’s Pizza Palace. This mom and pop gem has been a cornerstone of the community for years, and it's not hard to see why locals, like myself, have been patrons since their teens. I believe they also have location in Fremont and Hayward too.

Chicken Coupe Pizza was the one I went for. Let me tell you, it was a savory delight from start to finish. Topped with garlic, bell peppers, and mushrooms, each bite was a perfect blend of flavors.

The pizza arrived at the ideal temperature, ensuring that each slice was perfectly warm. The crust had just the right amount of crispiness, providing a satisfying contrast to the rich and flavorful toppings without being too crunchy or too soft.

I was so hungry that I forgot to take the photo of the pizza before devouring it. I did manage to take a photo of the remaining slices though. 😁

Great pizza Establishment. Please forever keep the rustic look. Been going here for 15+ years, I have memories beyond count here. Best place in town to get some hot food for your buck, get a slice you can’t go wrong. I hope Bronco Billy’s Stays in business for years to come. An Important Community, cultural and historic symbol of the east bay.
