I looove their teriyaki and honey bbq flavored wiiiings!!I always have potato wedges with my wings too....And ofcourse their modelos! ???

This was the absolute worst experience in any restaurant I've ever had. Our waitress was incompetent. Never brought our drinks. Got the orders wrong. It took 45 minutes to get first round if drinks and the beers were flat and bitter. Like they were sitting on the bar for the full 45 minutes we waited. Then the waitress didn't take the beer off our bill and tried to charge us. It took another 45-60 minutes for her to come back and even take our order. Food came out fairly quick. Didn't see the waitress for 2 hours after that. Then finally we went ask asked for our bill and after 30 minutes she came back with split bills that were all wrong. Nobody got a correct bill we were a party of 6. We had to write on the back of an old receipt what we had in number order for the waitress to split it correctly. Then it took over an hour waiting for the checks again. We went to the manager Rob who ended up being the worst. He was exceptionally rude. He asked us to have patience because they were busy mind you we were there already 4 hours waiting on them. We told him we can wait any longer and were about to just leave. He turned his back and then just ignored us. Finally came and gave us the checks and we had to wait again for them to be processed. Never ever again Will I return and support this business. Just don't go here. It's not worth it and the food wasn't that great either...

It was my first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings and it did not disappoint. We went in the early afternoon, and had their lunch special. We had 4 flavors of wings: lemon pepper, garlic honey, Asian zing and mango habanero. Mango habanero was my favorite as I love spice and it was spicy and sweet. I put in a to-go order just for that fslvor alone. The service was amazing, the restaurant and restrooms were clean. I would 100% return.

We visited this location almost after 5 years. Tried the following items tonight -1. Traditional Wings (w/ original buffalo, lemon pepper, orange chicken, honey bbq, Parmesan garlic sauce )2. Street tacosThe tacos were really great both in terms of taste and meat portions. Even my kid loved it.As for the wings, I kind of liked only the original buffalo and orange chicken flavors . Others were just average.One thing that stood out was the Spicy Passion Fruit Margarita ( coincidentally February 22nd is National Margarita Day .. lol ). This cocktail went well with the rest of the items.Only disappointment was the wait time after ordering the food. I wasn’t expecting to wait for 25-30 minutes for the food to be served at least on a weekday.

We had a dinner there this evening.beside that the food was delicious, the customer service by Kristal was super friendly and professional I would give 10/10 for Kristal My little son was asking the manager to give raise to Kristal since she was a great waiter ?

I had a great experience in my most recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. I placed a takeout order through their website/app and was satisfied with the time estimate, quality and accuracy of the food, and service in fulfilling the order.Ordering was easy through the app and applying coupons or rewards was pretty straightforward. Their estimated time of order fulfillment was pretty spot on. My order was ready when I arrived, packaged up nicely with sauces and cleaning wipes (for those inevitable sticky fingers).Parking was relatively easy on this side of the mall but it was a weekday afternoon. I suspect weekends can get packed due to the theater across the street.The building's two entrances are clearly marked, one for takeout and the other for general entry. The rooms are connected but it makes it easy to bypass the crowds if you're just picking up an order. I believe you can place orders there as well.The rooms were pretty empty when I went but they were well decorated (with sport memorabilia and Christmas themed items), organized and cleaned. Looks like a pleasant place to dine in and watch the game!The food was packaged well and was still hot when I had a chance to sit down and eat. I ordered the mango habanero and it was deliciously spicy but tangy to keep things interesting. The Bleu cheese dip went well with it and the carrot sticks gave a nice change up between bites. There were other sauce, dip and side options and I look forward to experiencing them next time.The only concern I have is the pricing. It does seem a bit steep for wings but granted, they are pretty decently sized and seasoned/sauces really well. They are well cooked and consistent with each bite. Fortunately, their app does offer rewards from time to time and you can even sign up to their birthday program to get a free serving every year. And buy in bulk if you're hosting a party - the cost drops a bit per wing.Overall, I am grateful to have this establishment in the Union Landing mall. It gives a great reason to hang out on game nights and a place to grab a bite in between movies or errands. Dine in or take out, Buffalo Wild Wings does a great job in satisfying my craving for something spicy to go with my chicken!
