First they had me move away from the drive thru and to trick the productivity timers. I was the only customer in the drive thru at the time. They forgot one of my items. They didn't provide me with a receipt so I can't even complain to corporate about it.

The manager is unprofessional. He was reprimanding one of his employees, and everyone here eating could hear his lack of professionalism. The way he spoke to the employee was unprofessional because he treated him like he had problems, saying he'd helped him a lot and that he'd wasted it all. I understand his frustration, but the way he did it wasn't professional. It should have been done somewhere where no one could hear. I can't imagine how embarrassed that teenager must have been, knowing we all heard what he was being told.

I tried to use a promotional thing in the BK app where you donate a dollar to local kids for school supplies and scholarships and you get a free item and they argued with me about how it works. I realized that I misunderstood the promotion and apparently you do it on your next purchase. So,I got my coupon and tried to buy something else. I used the self service kiosk but I can't use the coupon , so I go to the counter and staff choose to ignore me. There was a manager there as well an Indian lady she ignored me as well. The staff at this location are rude, unpleasant and disrespectful. No greetings, no apologies, no responses from them at all, just grumpy stares.

Don't order anything unless it's from the basic menu if it's a special they'll take your order charge you for it and then just give you the regular version of the burger

Had chicken crispy burger for my kids the chicken breast meat was har like rubber… disappointed with the quality.

Slooooow. Had to ask for the sauces shown on the receipt. Had to ask for napkins. Had to ask for the drinks on the receipt. 15 mins to make an order? Staff was unpleasant. No greetings, no apologies, no responses from them at all, just grumpy stares. Not even busy, 2 other people in here. Dang BK, what happened to you.

Why do i have to ask for syrup when i order French Toast Sticks? Its the only menu item that needs it. That should be an automatic add to the bag. Now i got dry, oily French Toast Sticks and no sugary syrup to stuff my face with it.

I ordered on drive thru nd I forgot my coupons I got on the mail so I open up the BK app nd try to used the coupon this small tiny man which he said he's a manager denied my app coupon. He said he needs the piece of coupon in order to get the discount. I lived 2 blocks away nd I never ask to provide the coupon.. So I asked him what if I hv the coupon on hands? What you gonna do with the coupon nd he told throw them in the trash ) : that is so disrespected nd I never want to go there anymore.. Very bad customer service nd he act's like he own BK. I'm so upset nd forgot to get his name so I can put it down.
