Sandwiches get the job done at a reasonable price. The nem is $13, which is steep, but it's tasty.

Delicious banh mi‘s! I got pork bbq, and the meat was well done (was slightly dry), veggies fresh, bread not fresh enough to be crunchy and hold well (that’s a good thing!).Do get extra hot sauce. Also, they’re not cash only - they do take Zelle!

Food - this is my second time back! i've tried their combo banh mi and pork bahn mi as well. you can't go wrong with either. the bread is supppper crispy which I absolutely love. it tastes like it's fresh out the oven. The meat is also really well flavored and not too dry. Portions are good for the cost of $6.50. I believe they are cash only!Service - super quick. I've only come on the weekends, so it's usually busy but food doesn't take too long. The most I've waited was probably less than ten mins.Ambiance - super small hole in the wall shop. No seating and can get crowded if there is a line.

Excellent Bahn mi sandwiches and hot food. Friendly people and service. Very reasonable prices. No more indoor seating.

I came to this area because the portion size of the sandwiches are spot on compared to other places where they serve bigger ones. These sandwiches can take a little while to make based on how long I waited. I got Grilled Pork Sandwich. The bread is hard leaving all crumbs all over the paper, but it doesn't really bother me. Pork and vegetables are really juicy though not gonna lie

Solid banh mi at a good price at around 6-7 dollars. Banh cuon is solid - just wished they added fresh toppings like mint, cilantro, bean sprouts, and all the other usual fixings you find at other places. Only negatives is this place is cash only and that the cashier does not put on clean gloves after handling money and continues to prepare and touch food. Pretty gross to be honest.

Found this spot about 5 years ago when I came to the bay area. Began with the hot foods and sandwiches. Now I am ordering trays to share for special occasion.Banh Cuon is a must here!

Note: This place is cash only.Cam Huong has been a hit with me and my group of friends for a long time - in spite of many years going by, a traditional banh mi from here always hits the spot - I'm not Vietnamese but it tastes like home to me. I like getting the pork special combo or fish cake sandwich - a typical sandwich usually comes with pate, mayo, cilantro, and jalapeños to give it that nice kick (though you can remove them if you don't like your sandwich spicy). Always delicious, and for good prices - usually $6-$6.50 per sandwich. They also have Vietnamese desserts (like pudding), Thai ice tea, and spring rolls for sale as well. This small family-owned business is located in a shopping complex with lots of other stores and restaurants, but it certainly stands out. Parking is never an issue. Tip: You can call and order ahead for pick-up if you don't want to wait in a line (it can get very popular, even on weekdays during lunchtime).

My wife and I just bought a spring roll and #7 sandwich today. Been going to this place for so many years. So upset because today I chewed a piece of steel wool from my spring roll and my wife sandwich had some kind of shell in it!??

I know the Vietnamese sandwich is all about the baguettes crunchy exterior and soft interior but after eating my sandwich (just now) I feel like I just got a gum scrape for a grafting. Not a good feeling when the roof of your mouth is a little raw. Decent sandwich but obviously, the bread wasn't as fresh today. I used to frequent Cam Huong when it was as in Oakland Chinatown and that was good...I've tried many of their bahn mis, noodles and those egg rolls! Yum. Gone are the days of a $3 Vietnamese sandwich and will run ya about $6.50 (now)...hey, I ain't complaining ...just saying! *** 3 - 3.5 stars ***First visit to this Union City location and by 11:30 on a Saturday (they open at 8am), it was bustling. Expect a 10min wait as sandwiches are made-to-order with fresh cilantro, pickled vegetables, sliced jalapeños with a protein...tofu option also available. Unfortunately, no eggrolls as they said they're too busy. Bummer! I can see why as plenty of customers there to pick up large phone orders for a party and still had to wait...Overall, good Vietnamese sandwiches, reasonably priced with lot parking...maybe return during the week day or stop by the one on International Blvd in Oakland for those egg rolls. I'll have to see if they're just as delicious as I remember .

Pretty good banh mi, nice and freshly made, I ordered the # 6 dac biet special pork combo. Delicious and crunchy bun. Thinly sliced pork meats and lots of pickled radish and carrot which gave it it's heftiness. Cilantro, jalepeno, mayo and pate in sandwich was of good proportion.4/5 stars only because the meats seemed to be honestly pretty think and lacking. Flavor is there but meaty mouthfeel could be better

Really love this place. The portions are huge and their Banh mi was delicious. I requested to have the veggies on the side and they gave me a huge portion too. Love their shrimp rolls and their Banh cuon. I got 8 rolls on my Banh cuon which was very generous. They also sell cafeteria style ready made hot meals including egg rolls and more. They looked delicious. Best of all, the staff here provided excellent service. I highly recommend. Cheers!
